  **** *. prides himself on having a journal full of happy LEAFGUARD customers, but he and ********************** are not worthy of A+ Rating. I signed the contract on 11/28/2025. I told him water gets in my garage and patio. He claimed he could fix it for about $9,000(financed at 6%). On the following day 11/29/2025, my gutters were installed. They were at my house between 10am to about 2pm. It was a cloudy and rainy day so I was excited to see if it worked. Well, they didnt. Garage and patio flooded. I decided to see if there were any bad reviews since I only found ONE on their page. I wish I wouldve checked here first. I contacted **** M, and swore it would work in a couple of days. Well, I am not waiting. I sent my cancellation letter via email and I am going to a letter via certified mail too before my 3 business days deadline. Ill just keep putting my cheep barriers in front my garage door that cost me about $40!!

  My Experience with LeafGuard Recently, I had an encounter with LeafGuard that I believe is worth sharing for those considering their services.On Tuesday, two LeafGuard representatives visited my home to promote their product. Although I informed them that my gutters were newly installed within the last three years, they were persistent in offering a free quote. I agreed to the estimate, which, in hindsight, was not the best decision.The following day, a salesperson arrived and assessed my gutters. Throughout the visit, I reiterated that I was not interested in replacing my gutters. However, the salespersons questions appeared intended to convince me otherwise. After the inspection, I felt that subtle scare tactics were used to highlight supposed issues with my home, despite these concerns having been previously addressed and deemed insignificant within the past year.The appointment lasted over ninety minutes, during which no estimate was provided. When I finally requested the quote directly, the salesperson teased me with You dont want to hear it. As I hurried him out of my house (kicked him out), eventually, he revealed the price: $15K - for gutters! Im glad I didnt wait any further for the inevitable one-day-only discount pitch.If I were to consider replacing my gutters in the future, I will evaluate local options. Based on my experience with the sales scare tactic and the negative feedback from other postings, LeafGuard is not a company I would choose. Although they promote quality, seamless gutters, and warranties, there appear to be recurring issues with each.Happy Holidays! Now going to place a no soliciting sign by the front door,

  Great product, but service after the sale is NON-EXISTENT, at least in the *********, ** office. Significant storm damage has resulted in our existing Leaf Guard gutters and downspouts to need replacing. I have been hounding them for 7 months for a quote to send my home owner's insurance company and still don't have it. They DO NOT return phone calls, texts or emails. Escalting my issue to their corporate office resulted in a response, but still not a quote I can submit. I would NOT RECOMMEND them.

  I was charged 16k for gutters and although Ive paid 3600 on them. The interest is so high its as if I only paid 1k. Scammers and Ill be seeking legal counsel.

  Do not buy from them. They do not stand behind there warranty at all. My gutters have leaked the whole time and now they want to charge me to come out and fix them. What a great lifetime warranty

  The gutters do not properly collect and drain away rain water. Anything more than a sprinkle and the water flows off of the roof and directly off the edge of the leaf guard. Within 1 year my home is already showing signs of water running backwards towards the house. In the winter massive icecicles form which caues snow melt to completely bypass the gutter. In my opinion they are far worse than having open gutters. I 100% regret the investment. They have been back twice to attempt to correct the poor quality installation. The first rainfall revealed that the gutters had been installed incorrectly causing the water to pool in the middle at the lowest point causing a cascade of water to run backwards into the foundation. They do not work and are currently causing damge to my home. The product is a failure and a waste of a lot of money. The quote was for $11,000 for a simple one story house.

  I had an awful experience with the salesman that came to give me a quote at my house. His name was *******, he talked to me as if I were stupid and tried to take advantage of me. I am a younger woman, and this is very frustrating to see men in businesses be predatory and try to push us into things we cant afford. He quoted me $13,000 for gutters then brought it down to $11,000 for a 15 year loan. I told him that was too much and he talked to me like I had unrealistic expectations, spent too long explaining gutters to me. He was at my house for two hours, asked to come inside to use the restroom, video taped my dog, and also asked me why I felt like I needed to ask my family members about this purchase and overall was trying to push me to sign for it. I had asked him to leave several times as I had things I needed to go and do. This was very discouraging and I will be telling everyone how awful this experience was. ZERO stars.

  Original installation date turned out to be a no show. Then I was charged before the work was completed. Still waiting for them to finish. Multiple emails, calls and texts.

  I purchased gutters from ******* in **********. Found out they were bought out by ************* (*******). I called to have gutters cleaned out 10-27-2025, called again 11-3-2025. No return call. I have a contract that is absolutely no good. Also, The gutters are not installed correctly. Have 6 downspouts and only 3 work. They have been realigned twice. DO NOT BUY

  If I could leave zero stars I would. *** pushed my elderly mother into purchasing gutters for her small home and he charged her far too much! the bill is $13,728 which is $10,000 more than these gutters are worth including installation! This company is predatory and I plan on taking legal action if they don't give her the $10,000 over charge back. I have reached out to to the company at the number on the intake form and they said someone would call me back and they could not give me contact information for the person in charge of the billing. I am a very busy person and I have meetings today so I'm worried I will miss there call. I am also scared of predators like this and disheartened by this process and feel very mad at them at this moment. I recently had gutters replaced at my huge home and it was about $3,000 for the highest quality gutters. This company has pushy sales people who pray on the elderly who are at home during the day. Beware!
