      The gutters do not properly collect and drain away rain water. Anything more than a sprinkle and the water flows off of the roof and directly off the edge of the leaf guard. Within 1 year my home is already showing signs of water running backwards towards the house. In the winter massive icecicles form which caues snow melt to completely bypass the gutter. In my opinion they are far worse than having open gutters. I 100% regret the investment. They have been back twice to attempt to correct the poor quality installation. The first rainfall revealed that the gutters had been installed incorrectly causing the water to pool in the middle at the lowest point causing a cascade of water to run backwards into the foundation. They do not work and are currently causing damge to my home. The product is a failure and a waste of a lot of money. The quote was for $11,000 for a simple one story house.

      I had an awful experience with the salesman that came to give me a quote at my house. His name was *******, he talked to me as if I were stupid and tried to take advantage of me. I am a younger woman, and this is very frustrating to see men in businesses be predatory and try to push us into things we cant afford. He quoted me $13,000 for gutters then brought it down to $11,000 for a 15 year loan. I told him that was too much and he talked to me like I had unrealistic expectations, spent too long explaining gutters to me. He was at my house for two hours, asked to come inside to use the restroom, video taped my dog, and also asked me why I felt like I needed to ask my family members about this purchase and overall was trying to push me to sign for it. I had asked him to leave several times as I had things I needed to go and do. This was very discouraging and I will be telling everyone how awful this experience was. ZERO stars.

      Original installation date turned out to be a no show. Then I was charged before the work was completed. Still waiting for them to finish. Multiple emails, calls and texts.

      I purchased gutters from ******* in **********. Found out they were bought out by ************* (*******). I called to have gutters cleaned out 10-27-2025, called again 11-3-2025. No return call. I have a contract that is absolutely no good. Also, The gutters are not installed correctly. Have 6 downspouts and only 3 work. They have been realigned twice. DO NOT BUY

      If I could leave zero stars I would. *** pushed my elderly mother into purchasing gutters for her small home and he charged her far too much! the bill is $13,728 which is $10,000 more than these gutters are worth including installation! This company is predatory and I plan on taking legal action if they don't give her the $10,000 over charge back. I have reached out to to the company at the number on the intake form and they said someone would call me back and they could not give me contact information for the person in charge of the billing. I am a very busy person and I have meetings today so I'm worried I will miss there call. I am also scared of predators like this and disheartened by this process and feel very mad at them at this moment. I recently had gutters replaced at my huge home and it was about $3,000 for the highest quality gutters. This company has pushy sales people who pray on the elderly who are at home during the day. Beware!

      Purchased a new gutter system for $6800. About 35% more than any of their competitors. I really liked their gutter system being on one piece. It makes it look clean sleek and maintenance free.However, the company came in and installed the gutter system differently than what I originated with our sales woman, Autum. We were supposed to have 3 down spouts. And received 2. Then the rear of the house had a downspout placed in the middle of the rear patio. No common sense for placement. Then the rear of the house gutter was installed incorrectly And caused damages to our new $45k roof that violated the 25 year warranty. No pride in the install workmanship.I called to speak with someone about my issues and getting someone to speak with me has been troubling. I get texts saying someone will call and no one calls!Customer service is a major problem. No support for their product.

      I also do not understand how this company can be rated A+. I spent nearly three months contacting Leafguard attempting to get them to clean a blocked gutter. They finally came, significantly after their appointed time when I was not at home, and did not do any cleaning. Yesterday I cleared the clogged downspout in about 20 minuted.

      We purchased LeafGuard gutters a couple of years ago for our primary residence. As one of their customers, my complaint concerns the companys lack of professionalism and seeming inability to adequately follow up with customer concerns. For the past three months I have spoken with representatives from ** regarding a small replacement part that we need and to schedule an appointment to look at an area that is leaking. ** has made four (4) separate appointments to send a representative to our home with the replacement part and to inspect the leak, and each time no one has showed up or called to reschedule. We have received nothing but lip service from **, and after reading other customers reviews, Im doubtful were going to be able to get any resolution. Based on recent reviews, LGs BBB rating should definitely be much lower because ** is incapable of providing professional follow up service to its existing customers. I am very disappointed with *********************** disregard for its existing customers and l give them an F for their non-service to its existing customers. Buyers Beware.

      I have a no soliciting sign on my door but often people ignore it. Which, if asked to leave and they do not- is then considered trespassing. Well, this happened today. I am a pregnant woman, and was alone in the house when this aggressive sales *** knocked on the door. I politely said no and I needed to return back to work. He continues to hound me for my information. I felt scared and thank goodness I was saved by my computer ringing and work needed me. But no, he ignored my computer ringing, and I told him I needed to go and closed the door. My neighbor also felt pressured and uncomfortable by the same ***.Please train your ***s to read no soliciting and when asked the first time, to leave. Also, be less aggressive. I should not feel unsafe with your ***.

      Rude sales folks. Cant read a no soliciting sign and doesnt understand what the word soliciting means. Then gets an attitude after being educated what soliciting is and that their actions constitutes soliciting.
