      I emailed and called about an issue Im having with accessing my account. **************** has been no help. I tried several times to reset my password but it keeps showing an error code. I tried to create a separate account but it wouldnt let me add my phone number. I emailed customer service to add my phone number to my new account. Instead of adding the phone number, they deleted my account. At this point, I want to delete both accounts. I go to the ********************** location at the ***************** location ************ *******. This is my last resort to delete both accounts. I will never shop at Krispy Kreme again. Very disappointed with the help I received.

      I have earned many points through Krispy Kremes loyalty program that Krispy Kreme has made it impossible for me to redeem. This has resulted in the loyalty program, which is one of the reasons I spent money at Krispy Kreme, being valueless for me and has deprived me of the benefit of those points. Krispy Kreme locked me out of my account in September and despite multiple phone calls and outreach to local stores has refused to unlock my account.

      Yea contacted Krispy customer service on 10/5/24 because when I try to login to my account it says customer account is locked. No response from them so on 10/25/24(Monday) called back and they said someone would call me by Wednesday. Here we are 11/18/24 and still not call. I just want my account unlocked. Is that so hard to do

      There was no email sent to me .when u go to Krispy Kreme it says customer account is locked. I have not received an email or call from Krispy Kreme. Checked junk and spam folder

      Today is World Kindness Day and Krispy Kreme was giving out 500 dozens to customers at their locations but this location did not adhere to the offer. I arrived around 8am and was told that all 500 dozens had been given away. Impossible! No way was 6000 donuts given away within 2 hours. I was given only 1 donut. This is not KIND! And I did not travel alllllll the way to the Union location to be deceived.

      For years now the Krispy Kreme in ********, ** has been grossly underserving their customers with the rudest attitude and violations of multiple health codes. I have managed a restaurant in ****** and know that ***** infestations should be swiftly handled by exterminator but the Krispy Kreme in Columbus infestation is blatantly obviously ignored. The front door is now typically locked and only drive thru open to keep customers from seeing the gross burnt dough left on everything and how unsterile and contaminated everything in this store is. The workers alone will turn you away and claim they are out of everything from regular glazed to coffee just to not serve you. I have been to this location five times in the last two years where something like this has happened. If you investigate the Columbus Krispy Kreme you will find swiftly how much of a complete grotesque grimy business operation they are running. I have photos of all of the roaches but did not get to get a photo of the disgusting machine when I arrived at the designated time to pickup my pickup order I placed this morning. The door was locked and they had a sign that said drive thru only. & I knew it would be more debauchery (this is solely the reason I ordered online) except this time a woman claimed rudely I dont have a pickup order for you & a man came from the back and claimed they didnt have a single donut out of the entire 24 donuts I placed AVAILABLE AT THEIR LOCATION VIA WEBSITE. One dozen of those were regular glazed. How that is, I have no idea. I requested if I could be refunded the assorted ones then and just get the dozen but they rudely said they refunded it all. I have no clue how this fraudulent business is still in business. Got to be money laundering or scamming franchise money.

      Subject: Serious Hygiene Concern at Krispy Kreme ***********************************, AL ** Whom It May Concern,I am writing to report a concerning experience at your Krispy Kreme location on ***************************** in ******, *******. On November 2, 2024,I observed flies landing on multiple donuts on display. Disturbed by the potential health hazard, I approached the sales associate to bring the matter to her attention. Unfortunately, she seemed uninterested and did not take any action to address the issue.Unsatisfied with the response, I requested to speak to the manager, hoping for a more responsible approach. However, the manager, too, showed no willingness to rectify the situation. When I asked her how she would feel if her food were exposed to flies, her reaction was dismissive, and no action was taken to protect the food or address my concerns. Additionally, her manner was notably rude, adding to an already disappointing experience.I am very concerned about the cleanliness and hygiene standards at this location, as food exposed to flies poses serious health risks. I trust Krispy Kreme as a reputable brand and am disappointed that this location does not seem to uphold those standards.I would appreciate a response explaining how this matter will be addressed to prevent similar incidents in the future.       Hello! I ordered a pair of donuts last sunday and it was supposed to be delivered by Doordash, but never actually arrived. I think it may have been stolen, but im not sure.I had messaged Krispy Kreme support, but its been days and I havent received any sort of response. At this point, Id just really like a refund.

      I previously issued a complaint against this company for extremely poor customer service and received a reply from a ***** ********* who issued an apology and stated I would receive 2 classic Assorted Dozen on my Loyalty account.Unfortunately I do not have a loyalty account under my email address at ********* of which this person sends a screen shot of. Furthermore I cannot make an account with this email nor access a account with this email and contacts with Krispy Kreme technical people cannot resolve. There technical group or persons just pass the **** and state there is no account from my information. Something just doesn't pass the smell test with this Company, they commit fraudulent acts with fake screenshots and then hope you will go away! Not good! Buyer beware!

(Screenshot below) The Rewards Program will not work properly due to the system not able to figure out the correct account. Please tell me the correct email address that you wish to use, and I will merge them in the correct account. Once we do this, it will allow you to use your account with no problem.

      Today, October 7, 2024, I went to the Krispy Kreme store at **************************************** and presented 161 gift cards each with a balance of less than $10 remaining and requested they cash them out in accordance with California Civil Code Sections 1749.45-1749.6. aka "California's gift card law". Initially the store employee and supervisor refused. I asked them to contact their store manager, but she was not there. They said she might be at one of her other locations. I then called the Fremont store and was able to reach the store manager who handed the phone over to ***** *******, who I believe is the district manager. ***** told me they would only cash out 2 gift cards per person per day, but for me she would do 5. She cashed out 5, but refused to cash out the other 161. The law does not allow for companies to make up such limitations. The law applies to every gift card the company has sold with a balance of less than $10 remaining.

       I am rejecting this response because:
      This complaint was filed against the Krispy Kreme at **************************************** .  I understand this is a franchise location and this is the location violating the California law. My complaint is not resolved. Now we just know that the Corporate Krispy Kreme has no interest in resolving it and appear to be unconcerned with one of their franchise location operating in violation of State law. Instead of corporate instructing the franchise location to follow the law, they simply want to ignore it.

      My complaint stands and when I go back in today to cash out my gift cards if they refuse I will continue to submit another complaint against the Krispy Kreme at *****************************************

      Date of transaction was 9/25/2024 and the amount was $26.86. I ordered a custom order of donuts which I did not receive from the door dash person. It was an hour late arriving and the box was soaking wet. Inside the box it was the ordered items. It was a dozen of wet items. When I called the store to complain I spoke to ****** who only took my name, She did not ask for the order number or address. She said She would refund money and then hung up. Nothing was sent to me stating that an refund was in progress. She was very unprofessional and needs retraining. When I called the store back, multiple times during the day no one answered. Please not the business is open until 8:00 p.m but no one answered the phone.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      The ****** ****** did not handle this incident well at all.  I buy donut all the time from Krispy Kreme for our office and the police department.  ****** simply said without trying to settle the situation by saying "we will refund you"  No other details and hung up the phone and still has not try to return my call and settle the situation.  Simply refunding the money is just part of the resolution.  She needs to be reminded that there are not many stores still active here and the customers are patronizes these stores because they are genuinely liked.   I am a long time customer and it is her job to maintain that relationship to keep your customers who patronize your store to assure that it remains open and a part of the community.
