      For the past month, my coworker and I have been looking to try the new cinnamon roll donuts on Sundays. The only location in ****** is at **** ************ ** ******* ** *****. Every time we attempt to order they never have the rolls nor does the online store accurately reflect other doughnuts available. We stopped ordering online and began ordering in person and the experience was still not up to par as they rarely have any other flavors outside of glazed. There have also been multiple occasions where the store has been closed 2-3 hours before closing time without proper notification. There was an instance where they didn't have a specific flavor and they replaced the ones we originally asked for with another flavor instead of saying they were out and asking if we wanted anything else. Unprofessional. Today on 10/30/2022, I called the store to see if the cinnamon rolls were available and the employee stated that not only are they out of cinnamon rolls but all doughnuts as well. I don't understand how they were open but out of doughnuts. I am tired of wasting my gas going over there or even ordering ahead just to have subpar service.

      Today I went to the ****** ****** franchise to purchase a dozen doughnuts and receive the $2 LTO dozen. The original dozen should have cost about $13 and the additional dozen for $2 for a total of $15 pretax. However, I was charged ~$18 for the LTO dozen and then ~$3 for the extra dozen for a total of $21 pretax. I attempted to explain the discrepancy to the store but they did not appear interested in entertaining my concern.

      I am filing this complaint, not only on behalf of myself, but for the numerous customers who have or will visit within the tree day promotion period who are also overcharged. I can only, obviously, speak to this one location, but have a grave concern about the overcharge and blatant disregard for customer care.

      We choose to invest in companies and wish they would in terms invest and care for us. For example, if in this one location it gets 300 customers each day for the three day promotion charging them what would equate to ~$7 (with tax) more each customer; that is a total of $6300 over three days that this one location.

      James ********* from Krispy Kreme has been working on my case for over a year. When I stop pestering, I hear nothing. I want my issues resolved once and for all. I'm sick and tired of being told there is no issue with my rewards account. Yet I arrive at your stores and they said there is nothing they can do. Do you know how embarrassing it is trying to redeem a reward. They pack up all my donuts, and then they can't get it to work so I just leave. I'm not going to pay for donuts that should be included with a reward. I'm frustrated at the circles I runaround in because someone can't figure it out.
