      I inquired about extra fees on my bill and Theresa was able to get things sorted out. The driver took a photo of extra trash bags that were clearly overflowing the trash receptacle. That driveway in the photo was my next door neighbors! She was able to credit us for the billing error and even credit us for a month of service. Thank you for your customer service, Theresa!

      This review is for Theresa at Curbside. I had the exact same issue as previous reviewers about having yard waste service but my yard waste was not getting picked up (see Zhen’s and Casey’s reviews below). After many calls over the course of 2 weeks (and being told it was fixed) the issue still wasn’t resolved (this was a simple problem that a regular rep should’ve been able to handle). I asked to speak to a Supervisor and thankfully was put in touch with Theresa. Theresa’s AMAZING. She immediately figured out the issue, it was simple, the pinned location the driver saw for my yard waste was at my front door rather than along the street… where my curbside garbage pick up is! After about 2 minutes Theresa had this figured out and resolved. She was kind and handled the issue expertly. She’s old school… you know the type, someone who uses reasoning and a tiny bit of effort to figure something out. Shout out to THERESA!! I’d like to make it clear that this isn’t a 5 star review for Curbside (I think they should hire and train more competent reps and drivers) this is a 5 star review for the service I received from Theresa. Thanks Theresa!!

      I would like to say i have gotten good services from Curveside for the pass 8years or more i have been with them. Sometimes I am late with my payment yet they're always willing to work with me no matter what,; especially ( Miss or Mrs)Theresa , you Rock girl. I am willing to recommend Curveside to all of my family and friends.

      I am very very disappointed. I paid for their premium yard waste service.
      Today is the third time they failed to pick up my yard waste. And two happened consecutively for the last two weeks!
      Not only they were not picked up, but one bag was even destroyed! I contacted customer service many times, emailed them many times, and texted the representative who signed me up for their service.
      The yard waste was still now picked up.
      On Wednesday, I called customer service, and you told me to leave the yard waste there and it would be picked up on Thursday.
      On Thursday, it did not happen.
      I called again in the afternoon, and they promised me to pick it up in the evening and leave it there. It did not happen.
      On Friday, morning, I called again they told me they were picking it up today. And it did not happen.
      I called again in the afternoon and they said it would be picked up by 6 pm. And now 6:20pm, still has not picked up.
      I called and they told me they had missed it and asked me to put my yard waste out next week.
      This is totally unacceptable!

      I am writing to file a complaint regarding ongoing issues with the yard waste pickup service provided by Curbside Waste at my residence. We have faced repeated missed pickups, and my wife has been assured on multiple occasions—over the past five business days—that a truck was en route to address the missed collections. Despite these assurances, no one has shown up, and we are left with uncollected waste accumulating at our curb.
      This lack of service is unacceptable and has become increasingly frustrating. In addition to the missed pickups, we have also experienced incidents where Curbside Waste’s truck drivers have spilled waste onto our lawn, further adding to the mess and inconvenience. It feels as though the company is giving us the runaround instead of resolving the issue as promised.
      We have been patient and have made several attempts to address this with their customer service, but it seems our concerns are not being taken seriously. As paying customers, we expect a reliable service, and unfortunately, Curbside Waste has not met that standard.
      We would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter and holding Curbside Waste accountable for the service they advertise but have repeatedly failed to deliver.

      A door to door salesman came around and I signed up for a free year's garbage pick up. Service started May 2nd 2024.
      Now 6 mths later I got a bill and when I called them I was told that the salesman no longer worked for them ,they were sorry for the misunderstanding and upper management doesn't OK more than 6 mths free puck up.
      I have the flyer that the salesman gave me and a customer service agreement on their letterhead stating no bill for 12 mths.
      I sent Cami this info and requested to speak to upper management but so far have heard nothing.
      I asked them to honor their contract.
      I live in a neighborhood where many people in the homeowners association signed up for this and I have talked to them as to the next step. This is a scam. Do not sign up with Curbside.

      Had an issue where my payments weren't being credited to my account. Called customer service and had a manager call me back the next day. Theresa was great to work with! We figured out what was going on and she made sure that my account was taken care of.

      Last year I left a poor review of Curbside's Yard Waste collection service. They missed a picked most weeks requiring many calls from me or neighbors to report the missed pickup of everyone's waste on my road. This year has been a huge change. Their truck picked up every week. Since their service is now meeting expectations they deserve a new review.
