      I had an issue with my account, so I naturally contacted Customer Service. My initial call was dropped, but my second call went through. This initial contact was not very helpful, so I asked to speak with her manager. Theresa called back. Not only did she resolve my issue, but her knowledge and helpful attitude also kept me as a Curbside customer.
      Curbside as a company gets a 4.0 at best, but Theresa ranks a 5.0. Thank you VERY much, Theresa!

      A door-to-door salesman came around and I signed up for a free year's garbage pickup. Service started in May 2024. Now 6 months later I got a bill and when I called them I was told that the salesman no longer worked for them, they were sorry for the misunderstanding and upper management doesn't OK more than 6 months free pick up. I have the flyer the salesman gave me and a customer service agreement on their letterhead stating no bill for 12 months. I sent Cami this info and requested to speak to upper management but so far have heard nothing. I asked them to honor their contract. I live in a neighborhood where many homeowners signed up for this, and I have talked to them about the next step. This is a scam. Do not sign up with Curbside.

      I had issues with the website that affected my service, but Theresa was able to fix the issues for me. The website isn't great, but people like Theresa will make you feel valued and remind you why you chose a local company over a larger service.

      Theresa was great to work with and solved my problem quickly and easily when it comes to our rate change. I appreciated not having to sit on hold and make multiple phone calls as a working mom. Thank you :)

      Unfortunately, I don't have the option to give Curbside a "0" rating. Talk about total incompetence in every way possible. This company couldn't give a crap about their customers. I had an issue with a check that Curbside processed for the wrong amount; my records and the bank records indicated the correct amount was sent. It took me 11 phone calls (oops lets make that 16 phone calls and another "someone will call you back), 4 days, 3 "we'll have someone call you" backs, holding for up to 40 minutes on some calls, and 4 times after holding for over 15 each time the call got dropped; the persons I spoke to were totally incompetent (and of course the supervisor was never available to talk to me - lies). Total of over 2 1/2 hours on the phone (well let's now make that 3 1/2 hours, as I just held for another 59 minutes only to be told by the same incompetent woman to call a different number); like I don't have other things to do. AS OF RIGHT NOW, THIS MORNING, THE MATTER IS STILL NOT RESOLVED, AS I HAD TO LEAVE ANOTHER MESSAGE.
      Second, I get my statements by mail and pay them within a week of receiving every month, and always between 13-10 days before they are due. For some reason, I always get a late fee. Last month CS received my payment (that was due on the 10th) on the 1st of the month, and I still got a late fee that could not be reversed. How the hell is this possible? Again, the umpteenth person I talked to could not comprehend this!!! When am I supposed to pay my bill, before I even receive it? ABSOLUTLY RIDICULOUS!!! CURBSIDE IS AN ABSOLUTELY JOKE OF A COMPANY. Would you like to be the owner of this company, and have such a poor business rating?

      I wanted to thank Kevin by getting my concern to Teresa timely. And then also thank Teresa who took care of us by adjusting our bill for being long time customers. Thank you both
