      After an initial headache with how yard waste is handled (my fault, read the fine print people), Teresa was able to sort everything out and correct the issue immediately. Only reason it's not 5 star is because it did take a hot minute to get this resolved, but I'm now locked in at a better price and everything is good to go!

      Trash scheduled for pickup on Saturday 11/30 (1 day shift due to Thanksgiving). Never picked up. Left message 12/1. Response from Curbside indicated to leave it out and it would be picked up 12/2 or 12/3. Now 12/4 and no pickup. Not the first time this has happened.
      I do NOT recommend Curbside.

      Miss ******** was a breath of fresh air in the field of customer service ,she was able to under stand my concerns and take positive action towards the joint resolution of the misunderstanding that we encountered. We are still happy with the service that she represents and her skills as a customer care representative.

      Be careful signing up with the salespeople that go door to door selling curbside. I was told that there is no contract (there is a two-year contract). I was told that to cancel my other service, all I had to do was mail the slip they provided to the address for my current company, also on the slip. Well, my current company will NOT allow "mail" cancellations (which I mailed weeks ago). I feel that I was scammed and now spending HOURS of my life trying to cancel my OLD service because clearly, they do not and will not honor the cancellation I sent in the mail (the slip that was provided to me by curbside salesperson). So now I'm paying for two services because I cannot get a hold of anyone at my old company to actually cancel my service. Curbside sold me a deal that seemed too good to be true and now I'm feeling like it was....should have trusted my gut when the salesperson said he doesn't even live in MN and just comes here for work in the summer. Curbside does not seem to vet their salespeople and apparently, they are allowed to say whatever it takes as long as they get their sale. I can't comment on their service or their billing practices as they have yet to pick up trash from my house...fingers crossed.
