    Hi, Your sales guy came to our home on June 4th, I asked him to send the quote to compare with current provider. He took my information but instead he signed me up for garbage disposal.When I saw the email, I called the curbside garbage disposal to cancel my subscription. They agent confirmed that my service is cancelled and all is taken care off. I asked them to send the cancellation confirmation email, they agreed but never ********* I see that the garbage cans are delivered to my home, I tried to call them again but the wait time in the queue keep increasing.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    The both the garbage cans are still in my driveway and no attempt is made to take them out of my property. It is causing inconvenience while driving in and out our my house.

    Please pick them up asap, city of ********** issues tickets to homeowner for leaving the trash cans visible.

    We moved at the end of June last year and canceled our service with them. They sent an email back saying we would have to pay for a month, since we didn't give them 30 days notice, which was fine and understood, however, they charged me for services i wasnt using 2 more times. I called them and they canceled my service, but I never received a refund for the extra months I was charged. I've emailed, I've called, and I've left a bad review trying to get a refund for those 3 extra months, to no avail. I just want my money back.

    This complaint is about Curbside Waste, and the shady business practices they use and false contracts used to blindside the public to use their services. On the evening of 4/21/25 **** ****** showed up at my door and offered on behalf of Curbside Waste $25 a month trash service for a 95 gallon can for a one year contract. The service agreement clearly said monthly charges include sales taxes and fees and also clearly says its a one year contract. When I called Curbside Waste the next day business day, 4/22/25 and spoke with ***** she argued with me and said this was a two year contract and the fees increase steeply after one year and additionally the $25 a month did NOT include sales taxes and fees. I immediately cancelled the contract with ***** and she obliged and cancelled the contract and said there would be NO fees charged. On the evening of 5/28/25 I arrive home from work to find a Curbside Waste garbage container on my curb. This can is abandoned junk on my property, it's unsightly and I want this removed from property immediately. The neighborhood is aware of the way you try to conduct business. You should be embarrassed that you conduct business this way. DO NOT INVOICE ME. DO NOT CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD.

    I ordered trash service from curbside waste back in 2019 ******** services about 2021. I have asked for curbside waste multiple times to come retrieve their trash cans off my property and they will not remove them. I have spoken to ******* the manager there several times and she refuses to have the 96 gal trash bins removed from my property and says they are my responsibility to get them returned to the company. Curbside waste dropped them off at my house and no where in my contract did it say that I would be responsible for returning 96gal trash bins. I would just like curbside to remove their property from my property.

    Curbside had their representative come to our home last summer (early July 2024). And sold us their services. The price was shown on the contract as $20 per month. This was specifically clarified and discussed that the monthly price was a total of $20 which meant that price included various taxes and fees. I even asked specifically about the new (new at the time) Hennepin county food waste fee and was told that was also included in the price I was quoted. Curbside has never acknowledged this and continues to overbill me. My wife was present and the details discussed were very clear at the time. Also their contract says the price and says taxes and fees are included which to me clearly says that those taxes and fees are included in the price quoted. I have cancelled my service as of April 7th and am waiting for them to pick up their container. They have continued to serve my house even though I have another service provider now and want to charge me additional fees for cancelling a contract they never complied with. They also have charged late fees which are not in the contract for an entire months worth of service. I do not consider them late when they have not finished performing the service yet. I expect them to reduce my bill one final time and pick up their container. I would not have bothered changing the service I had with Ace if the Curbside representative was honest with me about pricing!!!

     I am rejecting this response because:

    I would like a final bill with only the organic pick up charge on it.   No other taxes or fees.  Then I will pay the organic pick up charge only.   

    on previous bills it shows as $14.82 for two months     I had no more than 8 months   September - April    

    total of  $59.28

    We moved into our new home on Friday, April 18th at 10:45 a.m.; the Curbside Waste garbage and recycling bins were there on the curb near the street. At some point, when the bins weren't picked up yet, I went to move them off the curb and realized they were full - from the former owner, NOT us. So I left them on the curb and thought they'd be emptied the following trash pick up week and then removed. They were emptied, but they were not taken away. I don't recall the exact sequence of events, but I have now called them twice (they called and spoke with me after my 2nd call in which they then threatened to charge ME if they weren't empty), and emailed them twice and later had contact on the Nextdoor App with someone named ***** who at first said she worked for them, but then later said she was an "occasional sales **** for them but could help me if I gave her our address. Soon after I received an email from customer service saying the bins would be picked up - I'm not sure if this was from ******* contact with me or from my initial email. Last night (Thursday the 8th) they were STILL not picked up. So I emailed them again and demanded they pick them up. I also messaged them directly on the Nextdoor app and reiterated they needed to be picked up or I would be charging them a storage fee. At any rate, it's been OVER 3 weeks and they still are NOT picked up. We have ACE - we used their bins for our trash and recycling and NEVER once used the Curbside Bins. At this point, I will be contacting a lawyer and charging THEM a $10k storage fee for NOT picking up their bins and leaving them on our property.

    I recently purchased a home and Curbside is demanding a disconnection fee for retrieving their bins, despite my decision to use a more affordable trash service. I have no contract with them, yet multiple representatives insisted I owe a fee for the previous residents' bins. I will never use Curbside and will urge others to avoid this predatory company, and I of course won't be paying them a single cent. I know I owe them nothing.

    Curbwaste never pick up organic waste that I signed up for all the period they were suppose to pick it and they have been charging me for it. I reported it to them but nothing has been done.

    I use Curbside for Trash and Yardwaste pick up. For yard waste they charged me $279 on April 2nd. Today (4/29) I called to cancel that service and was told I could not and they would not give me a refund. They stated they started picking up yardwaste on the 21st, even though my bins wouldnt have gotten picked up until tomorrow. This has to be a scam.

    This complaint is about Curbside Waste, and the shady business practices they use. Curbside is spiking rates on people using auto billing in hopes no one catches it, or complains then blaming computer error when they get caught and then raise the ******** is given that business set the price of there services and adjust them as they see fit. Unless there is contract with a fixed price like in this case.Curbsides door to door sales offered $25.00 for every 2 months for the 1st year. and 3% price increase after first year of a 2 year contract. Majority of our block singed up.This rate only lasted two billing cycles later or 4/mo. They then billed everyone at $76.00 every 2 months, All the people with auto billing payed $76 until they caught it.I called for them to correct my bill, oops computer error $34 is the new lowest price, I told them it was supposed to only go up 3% after a year, and thats 6 months from now, they didn't care and increased price 100% over 2 years Curbsides method continued this every billing cycle from then on.$78.00 oops computer error $36.00 is the new price. price. Next **** $79.00 oops computer error $45, is all we can do. Next Bill $80. oops computer error $58, is as low as we can go, 2/mo later bill $85 oops computer error $68, is the best price, and so on up to $125 I canceled. Most of our block has canceled service with them due to this this predatory tactic, Myself and a few other neighbors still have orphan trash cans sitting empty on the curb from closed accounts. I called twice and emailed. They claim the driver had no access to pick up. This is another lie. Anyone with ****** maps can clearly see on street view the ****************************************************** along with surrounding neighborhood for that matter, most everyones trash cans are sitting in front of homes unobstructed, Including mine. The way I see it this is Bait and Switch, and a form of theft that is currently affecting 1000's of people Thankyou
