      Ive been calling for over a week and wasting my time to call in regards to my trash bin. First I called for a replacement in my bin because there was no lid and ******* told me to leave my bin outside and someone will come grab it in 24 hours this was on Thursday 4/11/24. I called again on Monday 4/15/24 about my trash bin not being replaced and want an another new bin, ******* stated that itll come for sure tomorrow, meaning Tuesday. Nope no one came and I called again on Wednesday 4/17/24 and spoke with another rep she say that it is scheduled to come tomorrow Thursday 4/18/24. I also told you guys that my trash bin has been on the curb for a week and if I get fine by the city its not my fault and your company will be responsible. Today only one of my bin has been replaced and there was no other bin when I requested for two. Its upsetting to go back and forth with you all when I work and had been paying you all. I called today 4/19/24 and while was first in line, you guys hung up and me and now Im waiting again. Its such a bad first impression and now Im contracted with you all for 2 year! While speaking with ******* today and regards to the waste bin, I specifically ask for her to call back if we get disconnected and ask for another bin to be sent. Of course its Friday and we got disconnected and she didnt call back so Im paying you guys for another service Ive never used. This has been going on for a week and very frustrating!! Do youre work properly!

      I have been attempting to get a simple copy of my Curbside Waste contract for more than 2 weeks. Each email and phone interaction I have (I've called 9 times) I am told I will receive my contract within ***** hours. It has been 336 hours, and I still do not have a copy of my contract. I am told there is a $100 cancellation fee, but I can't find it anywhere as I do not have my contract. This is purely a corrupt business practice, and should be investigated. How is it even remotely possible to enforce a contract that you do not have, and cannot provide to the customer when they request it?

      Customer is in a 2 year contract that started 10/22 with billing start date 2/23 due to the free months that was offered with this agreement We do apologies that some of these older contracts do get stored away it is helpful if customers hold on to there copy to We will have someone from management reach out to customer to get this taken care of ASAP thank you

       I am rejecting this response because:
      Original request to receive a copy of this contract was more than 2 weeks ago. We were repeatedly told we would receive a copy via email in no less than 48 hours. After multiple phone calls and emails, we still do not have a copy. I was scheduled to receive a call from a a manager 4/18/24 at 12 pm, and never received a call. 

      Upon cancelling service, I am told there is a $100 charge, that is written in the contract that the business cannot produce. I am happy to pay in order to cancel, if that was in fact in the contract. However, without being able to read the contract, or have the business produce it, this unacceptable. I do not accept this response.

      We do apologies on this situation but curbside waste does file the contracts after there is some time with no issues customer was talked with and taken car of thanks

      I made the mistake of telling them I wanted to participate in organic recycling. About 6 weeks ago they dropped of a recycling container. I do not want to participate anymore, actually I never used it. I have called them 3 times during the last 3 weeks to ask them to pick up their ***************. I have been told that they would pick it up. Why would somebody lie?

      My service contract with Curbside waste ended on March 27th, 2024. I have written email correspondence confirming my contract ended and confirming their trash receptacle would be removed on Wednesday, April 3rd. I was asked to leave it at the curb. When it had not been removed by Friday April 5th, I contacted the business by phone to inquire. I was strung along and told it was not removed because of poor weather. I was then told it would be picked up Wednesday, April 10th. When it had not been removed by the afternoon of the 10th, I contacted Curbside by phone again to inquire. I was told they were currently on their route and it would be removed by the end of the day. It has still not been removed. It is a city ordinance violation to leave a trash container at the curb after trash day. I have not been contacted by curbside to give me any further explanation or a different removal date. I have contacted my city and now Id like to file a complaint regarding this situation to help me resolve this.

      I am a senior citizen on a very low fixed income. I set up with this company for service as the other companies jacked up their prices to where I cant afford it. The curbside cs rep ****** me up for a service that cost $12.26 which I set up on an autopay. Today, 4-9-24 I opened an email from them stating I owe then $92.60! I can not pay that! Ive paid every single month. If they made a change they did not mail me anything. I could have opted to go to a smaller can. Some weeks I dont even put my can out! I refuse to owe them this money as they made a change in my service without telling me. Theyve tacked on late fees as well. I want them to zero out this outrageous balance, continue with my $12.26 a month plan. If need be they can give me a smaller can.

      Curbside always takes care of our seniors the best we can The rate of trash has not changed but Organic waste charge has been added to the account This is a Hennepin county mandate and also I see that the account is behind for payment due to this and customer is inquiring late fees will have a supervisor reach out to explain more on this and get this customer taken care of thank you

      on 4-10-2024 ******* from Curbside Waste phoned me to resolve this issue. She explained everything to me about a mandated charge for food waste, etc. she fixed everything for me. Got the lowest best plan for me. She was the most helpful positive wonderful person working with me. She took a very stressful situation off my shoulders. Thank you ******* so much for a wonderful outcome and thank you bbb for assisting me in getting me to the right person with this company. Im very pleased with the resolution.

      Started service with Curbside Waste in April of 2022. Some ***************** coming door to door. Pushing this great rate. My boyfriend (who is NOT the home owner) agreed to this sale. Service has been fine for the last 2 yrs, until I received the bill for April/May 2024 dated 4/1/24 in the mail. The bill is triple what I was previously paying. I called right away. Was on hold for ********************************************************* this situation. I asked why the increase. I was told that I was on a special rate for two years and they could no longer honor that. ******* said the fee was $200 to cancel during the first 2 yrs of the contract, and that it was auto-renewed without any notification and the fee would be $100 to cancel after the 2 years. I called back to cancel and am now being told the fee is $200 to cancel. I am waiting to hear back from a manager. This is the worst customer service. Notification should be sent before something renews to give the opportunity to cancel within a timely manner. This is ridiculous.

      Curbside waste increased are bi-monthly garbage bill by $20 bimonthly. Also they tried to talk me out of getting in organics bin which is mandated mandated by Hennepin county they are charging a monthly fee for this bin. They also have a yard waste fee of 186 per year plus . A $68 fuel surcharge. I want to know why they're not providing everyone with an organics bin unless you ask for it. Also would like to know why my bi-monthly bill went up $20. Very poor service from the company. My understanding is that they charge $70 for bin pickup if I discontinue the service. I believe this is outrageous.

      Curbside Waste Billing issue. We have used Curbside for over 7 years. For the most part, we are happy with their garbage service. Since the beginning, we have used bill-pay through ***** Fargo to pay the bill without any issues. However, in our October 2023 bill, we got a late fee from Curbside, but I paid the bill on time (2 months early in fact). I checked with ***** Fargo, and I have proof that someone at Curbside received my WF check and cashed it. I provided the proof to Curbside, after back and forth emails, they finally refunded me the late fee and credited my account with my payment. So, all was resolved... until February, I received the next bill and it had a late fee on it again. I checked with WF bank and I have proof of payment and it states that, once again, someone at Curbside received and deposited my check on January 3rd, but they did not apply the credit to my account. I contacted ********************** and after MANY back-n-forth emails, the last email I received back from them on February 21st "We might still be waiting on that payment to get applied. I will waive the late fee." To which I replied "Shouldn't my payment have been applied by now since you received it on January 3rd?" Then, they respond, "Yes, there are a ton of checks still not applied yet, we are checking with the owner to make sure that this happens soon." Since then, it's been crickets. *** contacted them 3 times in the last month but receive no email back. This is frustrating. It feels like something shady is going on.

       Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I spoke to the supervisor, *******, at Curbside. She told me they were applying my payment to someone else's account on accident.  The person I was corresponding with had left their company and that is why she hadn't replied to me again. The supervisor fixed the issue, and gave us the month of March and April free. She also reduced my rate to $30 a month for 1 year. Our next bill will be in May for $60 and I set up autopay so no hardcopy check will be mailed in the future.

      November a rep from the garbage company came to my house started bad mouthing my garbage company that I had said that they were going to soon be out of business and told me to sign with them. They would give me the first two months free. The service would start on the first of the new year and it is clearly circled that Friday is my pickup day not once have they picked up my garbage that could not even find an account for me and in the end told me they pick up on Wednesday I told them just pick up your cans and we will be done with it the rep said well I dont know if I can just cancel your service there is going to be a cancellation fee I said for what? You never picking up my garbage or for you not even knowing I was supposed to be a customer because if you did and I never put my garbage out on Wednesday would you not wonder why driving by each week seeing my garbage piled up why I was not putting it out or is that just the kind of business you do? You go talk to your boss about this cancellation fee cuz I really want to know what he says she said I will get back to you I said no I have been holding for over an hour to talk to you I can hold a couple more minutes she said no I will call you back and I am still waiting for the phone call

      Started service with Curbside Waste in March of 2022 because a salesman came to our door. I spoke with him twice about not being sure I wanted to switch because we already had a good rate with another company. He told me that the new rate he was quoting me would not change unless taxes or Hennepin county added new fees and I could cancel at anytime. After him reassuring me multiple times I foolishly made the switch to Curbside. We received our bill for April/May 2024 (issued March 11th) in the mail this week (March 20th) and it was triple what we signed up for. I called right away (was on hold for over 30 minutes before a representative came one) to ask questions and was told that I was on a special rate for two years and they could no longer honor that. I told the representative about my experience and it made no different, so I asked for a manager. I was told a manager would call me in ***** hours and we hung up. But then that representative called me back 30 minutes later with a new rate, but it was still double what I was paying. So, after discussing with my partner we decided to cancel our service. When I called back to cancel I was told that I would be charged a $200 cancellation fee plus another month of service because my contract was auto-renewed without my knowledge. I told them that I never approved that and how could they just increase my bill and renew a contract without my consent (on top of how the salesman told me we could cancel anytime and the bill wouldn't go up unless it was taxes). After many hours back and forth I was told too bad and if I wanted to cancel I will have to pay $213. I am beyond frustrated and their customer service is terrible!!
