    I've had a great experience with Curbside Waste! Their pickup service is reliable, timely, and efficient. I recently had an issue with my account, and I was lucky enough to get help from Liesel Chaffine. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. Liesel was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
    Customer service like this is hard to come by these days, and it makes a big difference. Thanks to Liesel and the entire Curbside Waste team for their excellent support. Highly recommended!

    I have used multiple trash service companies, and Curbside waste is by far the worst. They forget to pick up your trash. Only company that has ever done that with me. When you call them about it, they refuse to get it picked until the following week/next service date, so then you have trash building up in the house but no garbage can space to put it in. They do not care about the inconvenience it causes you. They said they would deduct off week that was missed, which is the absolute bare minimum, but did not really to make up for any inconvenience. Then they forgot to actually deduct it off bill anyways and had to get that fixed again when they forgot to pick up garbage again. Communication is really poor and leads to issues.

    Had a door knocker that promised to send info about pricing for garbage service, upon opening the email which was a quote discovered it was a contract. Spoke with a representative from the company to come pick up their can and or be straight forward with a price for service and was not allowed to come to any agreement for their services. Not a good experience and will not be using their services.

    Curbside frequently does not pick up our garbage. When we call to notify them of the missed pickup they say to call before 6:00pm to have a driver stop by, but sometimes we are at after school activities and cant check if they picked up the garbage. We are so incredibly frustrated that we are paying for a service that we arent receiving.

    Theresa could not have been more attentive to my concerns and questions regarding my latest invoice. She took care of the issues quickly and emailed me within seconds of updating things. She even called me back when I lost connection during our call. She gave me her direct line as well should I have any more questions/concerns down the road.
