  Theresa ******** was very helpful. She was able to help clear up confusion with our bill, and was super understanding of our needs. Curbside has been our waste service for the last 2 years and they seem to be doing a good job overall.

  I recently purchased my first home, and like many new homeowners, I wasn’t sure who to call or how to set up garbage pickup. My mother recommended Curbside Waste, so I gave them a call—and I’m so glad I did!
  I had the pleasure of speaking with Theresa, who was incredibly helpful. She walked me through the entire setup process, explained the different container sizes, and clearly outlined the pricing. It was all very straightforward and stress-free.
  The rates were fair, and the customer service was excellent. Thank you, Curbside Waste, for making this part of homeownership so easy!

  This all started when we got "sold" a service from a door to door salesman that came multiple times a week. Ended up agreeing to the service on the spot, and that was where the mistake was. I did more research, online and from a former employee of a different waste company that said they had shady practices, and that he would recommend just sticking with our current company, even though it is at a much higher price rate. I tried contacting them via the "contact us" form they have on their website to cancel. I never received a response as they "never got anything" on their end. Regardless, I got a bill via email for the first month. I emailed back and said due to customer service, I wanted to cancel, and that I tried contacting them previously but got no response. In their contract, it says there will be a $50.00 cancelation fee if the service was canceled due to price shopping. It wasn't, it was due to customer service reviews and my own personal experiences. Reporting to BBB was one of my last options after getting threatened that this will be reported to collections if I didn't pay the cancelation fee. It must also be noted that these bins were never used at all, as I tried contacting them prior to them placing the bins at my house, and got no response.

  There are always some issues w/ customer service but as a customer of Curbside Waste for over 10 years, I have to admit there have been only a handful of situations where we needed assistance or someone to answer questions. In each instance, Theresa in Curbside's home office has exceeded my expectations each and every time. It has been a pleasure working with her.

  I was presented false information regarding the pricing of services. Once discovered I cancelled my service before it even started. Several weeks prior to the scheduled start of my service 7/1/25 two garbage bins were delivered to my residence. Once I cancelled I asked for the bins to be picked up. I have called five times to have them picked up and as of today 8/14/25 they still sit in my driveway. I have attempted to escalate my concerns to the leadership team and have never received a returned call. You couldn't pay me to use this service now or anytime in the future.

  Curbside waste does apologize about the miscommunication and also, we have been to the property to remove the carts and carts were not at the curb we did close this account with a zero balance and no fee was added for the removal sense we have spoken to the customer and will be removing the carts ASAP Thank you
