I wanted to follow up and say that ***** REQUIRED me to give this review before giving me the above mentioned rate. Like I had to post this review and screenshot and send to him before starting my service. Everything I said is still technically true. The service has been good and the rate was honored. But now here we are a year later and Curbside is telling me I have to pay a $200 fee for canceling my service. They say we have a contract (I never signed anything). When I asked them to provide this supposed contract the customer service representative said ***** just have to trust me. This made me realize this company has been shady from day one. I wish I would have seen the writing on the wall last year.Review fromD. B.

1 starWatch out for their Shady Business Practice with their fees after you're no longer a new customer! Once your contract is up the fees go sky-high and they are not capped, only the rate increase is capped.Curbside Waste, Inc.

I would never agree to do business with any company that utilizes unethical business practices by offering a set monthly price and then charging various fees to offset the lower price! Additionally locking in a customer for a ****** guarantee and only giving a 1 year rate guarantee is not in the best interest of any consumer interested in doing business with Curbside Waste! Is this unethical or just a bad business practice, may the consumer be warned!Curbside Waste, Inc.

Sorry you feel that way, Promotional rates do go up after the contract expires to market rates. This happens in a subscription marketplace. Have a great day #saynotocheaptrash!
