5 starsThe three years using Curbside is refreshing, they actually treat the customer like they are important. I recently had a billing error to my account (not my fault) they called me and apologized- when does that happen any more? Theresa called me, she explained the situation and apologized, Wow that is rare in today's business climate.

1 starThis summer someone came to our door to try to sell curbside waste services. He told me his offer and then asked me to initial his iPad to confirm what we had talked about. Then he emailed the offer to me.
When I read it I realized he had me actually initial a contract. I cancelled it and drove the cancellation to the post office to be sure they would get it within the cancellation time frame.
A week later two big trash and recycling bins showed up. I called within half an hour to get them removed from the front of my home. They found my cancellation order and said they would remove them on the next Wednesday. I said I wanted them removed immediately. They refused and they sat in front of my house for a week. Then finally gone.
Now, three months later they have delivered another two bins to the front of my home. I called within an hour and once again they told me I would have to wait a week to get them removed. I said I wanted them gone from the front of my home. They did not care.
This is a company with deceptive sales practices, very poor customer service, and abominable record keeping. I would recommend never doing business with them.

Curbside waste did reach out, and we do apologize about the situation and did explain those carts do not belong to her they are the neighbor's and she has no account with us these carts will be removed thank you

1 starRefused to reimburse me for an extra curb pickup when the items were not picked up. I paid 62.35 for a large tarp and 4 card tables.
Someone took 2 of the tables but the rest of the load waiting at the end of the driveway.Curbside Waste, Inc.

5 starsI recently purchased my first home, and like many new homeowners, I wasn’t sure who to call or how to set up garbage pickup. My mother recommended Curbside Waste, so I gave them a call—and I’m so glad I did!
I had the pleasure of speaking with Theresa, who was incredibly helpful. She walked me through the entire setup process, explained the different container sizes, and clearly outlined the pricing. It was all very straightforward and stress-free.
The rates were fair, and the customer service was excellent. Thank you, Curbside Waste, for making this part of homeownership so easy!
