      Long-time customer with Curbside Waste, Inc. Very happy with the service-- no missed pick-ups.
      Especially wanted to acknowledge Theresa, the manager of the company. She is very great at customer retention. She is very helpful and pleasant on the phone, making sure all concerns are addressed and taken care of.

      Initiated service months in advance of needing it as I know these things take time. I called three times after the date I was told service would begin as I had not received a container after being told it would be delivered on three different dates. I had already paid for service. On the third time, I decided to cancel service as it had never begun and I had garbage overflowing at our new home. I requested a refund as I didn't receive the service I paid for. I have spoken/emailed with Teresa (sp), I believe, four times and a refund has still not been initiated even after I was told by her my circumstance warranted a refund. I waited to write this review in hopes that the issue would be resolved more promptly. The review is 2 stars because Teresa was fairly helpful and kind, but again, the issue has not been resolved.

      Curbside is a Great service. Also, Theresa was so helpful. There was misunderstanding with my payment, but Theresa she helping me out. thanks for your help.

      Theresa promptly contacted me and quickly resolved a yearlong billing issue. I finally talked with the right person (Theresa) to go through the billing and credit us what we were due. Theresa provided excellent customer service and represented curbside waste very well. We’re satisfied customers.
