      I just had one of the best customer service interactions and need to share! I called Curbside this morning with a billing issue and after working through initial details with a rep on the call-in line I was told that a supervisor would be reaching out. To my surprise and delight the supervisor (Theresa) called me directly within about an hour and not only took care of my issue seamlessly but was also so considerate and helpful in helping me plan for the upcoming season. Theresa made my life so easy today and I am grateful. Thank you!

      Had an issue with recycle pickup due to weather, Theresa got it straightened out.
      She was very patient, listened to my concerns, made sure the extras got picked up the next go-a-round.

      If you can get through to an actual employee of Curbside Waste, you get excellent customer service. It sounds like they had to outsource some right now due to high volume of calls. In my 3 2+ years, whenever I have spoken with someone from Curbside, I have gotten what I need nearly immediately. My most recent call with Theresa was another example. She handled my issue and gave me a credit then explained the customer service issues they are having. All in all, I would recommend Curbside over any other company in the area.
