      Door to door guy wouldn't take a "I'll talk to my husband first"from my wife, and kept pushing your nonsense. Did you even get a peddlers license in isanti? I pay way less than you guys anyways, so no I don't want your crappy service. I guess after the first no, you thought you had to come to my door 3 more times. You definitely do not have a peddler's license, I asked and they said they didn't have one. Harassing people is not a great business model. My favorite part was when they threatened to come a fifth time after I told them no this last time.....

      Theresa was a delight to talk with. She walked me through how Curb Side works. Since I am also interested in organic {kitchen waste}, she told me how I can get that feature through Plymouth itself. She could not have been nicer. I was pleasantly surprised.

      Theresa was easy to communicate with.Her customer service de-escalation skills helped keep me as a customer. You can immediately tell she was knowledgeable.
