5 starsTheresa provided awesome customer service! We are just starting our services with Curbside, and Theresa walked me smoothly through the steps. The costs of service were lower than what we had been paying with a different provider. I especially appreciated a live person answering the phone, instead of computer tree generated prompts just to finally reach a live person. Thank you!Review fromJeanne V

1 starCurbside Waste has really expensive service for weekly trash and they will raise the price and bill you without notifying you of the huge increase. They also tack on "Fuel" surcharges in excess of $20 for 2 months in addition to the extremely high 2 month trash collection rate.
Now they are keeping my May and June two-month payment without refunding the amount back to me, without providing me any service for May and June since I cancelled their service today May 1st. $87 for nothing. That's the type of company they run so run away from this company. Better and cheaper alternatives out there.Review fromBeth L

5 starsAfter listening to friends and relatives continually complain about poor residential trash collection customer service, I'm glad to admit that we have had an extremely satisfying experience with Curbside Waste. In the six years of being a Curbside customer there have been several times I've needed to contact their customer service department regarding billing and scheduling clarifications. In every instance Theresa has delivered superb service ensuring her customer's needs were fully taken care of before ending the conversation.Review fromMani V

1 starThis company has a very bad customer service and services, I've paid for extra trash bags to be pick up many times a month and I would always get delay for weeks. Called and spoke to the representative and was giving false service, then I ask for the manager or supervisor. Supervisor was an ass on the phone as well, not very friendly. I finally had it with them, decided to cancel my service and ask them to take their trash bin along with the trash during pick up. I was told that they would come by in 2 days after the trash day and nothing has happen now I was told to wait another week to get it pick up, this is full of BS, they have poor managements and services this is why they will loose lots of customer. I live in a very nice neighborhood and leaving trash bin out is an eye sore to my neighbors! Don't waste your time with this company, there is other company is way better with their service and nicer peoples to speak to on the phone.

Curbside waste does apologize about the issues and customer service you received upon looking into this it looks like there was extra bag issues several times unfortunately we do need those work orders called in 24 to 48 hours prior we will have a supervisor reach out and carts removed asap thank youReview fromJim F

1 starBilling dept. Is criminal. Trying to charge me for something 6 months ago. When I've paid 3 bi monthly bills with no mention. We can let my cameras explain in court. Never use this company. I'm embarrassed I fell for there lower prices and zero customer service.
