      I canceled service nearly two months before it started. I did it over email and by phone and they responded by email. So they know I cancelled. Curbside refuses to reimburse my money, $40 for two months of service. They never started service. They didn't deliver a bin. And, To add insult to injury they are billing me for services I already paid for. So, They are double billing me and have never provided service. I don't know how to make them stop the billings. "Horrible Company" would be my two word description of this outfit......

      I spoke to Theresa regarding organic recycling. My city is now contracting this program with a different hauler. We had a pleasant conversation and I was assured that my rate would reflect that.

      Theresa spoke with me and helped me out with a pick up problem. She was very comforting and was very assuring of this not happening again! As a new customer, I was very unhappy, but again she corrected everything and was the most honest and professional person I have ever spoken to!!
