      The streets in my neighborhood have been under construction all summer. I am 85 and have had to struggle to get my waste bin in a location at the end of driveway or road for pickup, but 4 to 5 times the driver didn't pick up the bin because it was not out as far as he wanted.
      Note that the Hennepin Co Waste Management driver was able to pick up that bin each time. He would get out of the truck and get the bin in a place better to dump the recycle material.
      I've called Curbside when the pick up was missed with the response that they would come back but never has that happened. The customer service is poor. I've tried my best but cannot walk over the rutted, muddy dirt to put the bin far out due to my physical condition.

      This is a horrible business. We are a commercial business. Out of the month of September they have only picked up the garbage 1 time. I have called multiple times being told a supervisor will call me back by the end of the day. They have never called me back. Each day I call to speak to someone they say they can see the notes in the account. We are now getting in trouble with our landlord because our dumpster is overflowing. They have said on 2 different phone conversations that a driver is in route. Which has never happened. Paying for a service that is not being performed is criminal.

      The trash services so far have been great. Billing was a problem. The customer service in the beginning was frustrating but once I was put in touch with Theresa she was understanding and helpful and we were able to work out all of the issues. Moral of the story is ask for a manager and you will receive wonderful customer service.
