      Theresa called me back within 30 minutes and worked with me to resolve my concern. She was understanding and the outcome was better than i'd hoped.

      Had some issues with my set up and bin drop off so gave them a call. Had great customer service with Theresa she helped me with my concern in a quick manor and got me exactly what I needed!

      I was dealing with a fraud issue with my bank. Theresa was transferred my call and was very understanding and kind. I was able to get my bill paid and she sent out a note to dispatch to come pick up my garbage after my route has already come through that morning. I was very grateful to not only be able to speak to an actual person but for that person to be genuinely helpful. THANK YOU.

      Our experience has been similar to Joan H and Tim B's--horrible service. They miss pick up dates, they don't return calls, they make commitments they don't keep. I wonder if the bad service is related to particular neighborhoods. We live in Central Minneapolis.

      We started with curbside in July. There were a few bumps in the road at the beginning but Theresa, a supervisor, called me back and she was apologetic and fixed the issues immediately. Great customer service on our end from her! Now we are set and happy with our service!

      Theresa is always incredibly prompt in responding to any questions or concerns and has always come up with a satisfactory resolution. This kind of customer service is hard to find! I would highly recommend Curbside Waste.

      Extremely poor service. Every week, that’s every week, we have to call to have the garbage picked up. They moved us from Tuesday to Thursday pickup to solve the problem and since August we have not had garbage picked up on time and days later after frustrating calls with their call center. Their service is garbage.
