      I signed up for service with curbside waste and asked for an August 1st start date when a representative came to my door. Was told it was not a problem. Received a call from Monica wanting to confirm service. Assumed everything was set up only to still be waiting for service as my trash piles up. It is now September 13th and they told me someone didn’t complete the paperwork on their end. Was told I would have service by today. Still no service because once again someone dropped the ball. This is downright crappy service. I submitted everything on my end, yet no service. Today they are giving me another song and dance about next week. Avoid curbside waste as a trash company, they work from home and are less than useless.

      We've been residential customers of Curbside for six years and have been very happy and satisfied with the weekly trash and yard waste pickups. Theresa, their accounting. person, has been extremely helpful and cooperative to work with on the two occasions we needed to touch base on billing questions. Two thumbs up!

      I like curbside waste so much they have treated me as Family for the past couple year's. I have been a customer. I have been a Long time customer and I think they are better than the ones I have used in the past.

      Called Curbside this morning to update financial information, but mistakenly called the commercial line instead of the residential line. I spoke with Theresa, who willing processed my data, even though it was the wrong line. I indicated that I could call the other number, but she willingly took care of the task for me. She kept me on the line until the update was completed and verified. in my opinion she provided great customer service. Thank you Theresa

      Theresa was amazing! My yard waste got skipped last Friday. She did some extra research and found out there was a technical issue with everyone on our block. Not only did she solve mine, she also took care of my two next door neighbors! What impressed me the most is that she didn't even work in the residential division. Now that says a LOT about someone going above and beyond for her company, just because she truly cares. Thank you Theresa!! Five Stars!

      Theresa was very pleasant and beyond helpful when I called Curbside Waste today. She was not only able to help me with my questions, but she also took the initiative to take a step further and explain ways I can save money moving forward. LOVE this kind of customer service.       I have emailed the company and called numerous times, with no management getting back to me. Our grass clipping account is separate from the garbage account which is pre-paid through November (For the entire year) and they have not been picking up our grass clippings. When you call them, their recording even specifically states that this is a separate contract. They are not honoring it- either pick up our clippings or refund the rest of our money! We quit our garbage service with them 6/27/24, so August we started with a new company. It is September 3rd and they still have not picked up there garbage can. The "good" reviews are fake!! pretty suspect had all the bad reviews are coming though that suddenly they are getting good reviews - this company is horrendous!! If I could give a negative "star" I would!!
