      Everything was great from sales to billing to contractor. Everything was cleaned up , pleasant contractor cant say enough about their customer service and my shower is amazing.

      Installed eight windows, one was made larger,cut the drywall all jagged made the hole bigger than it was suppose to be definitely not professional work, another window was broken when it was installed, still waiting for it to be replaced three weeks later, another window has ripped screen it hasn't been fixed some of the screens don't sit level on the window sill so bugs can get in, I thought that was what screens were all about to keep the pest out. There are other issues but I'm sure anybody that reads this will understand poor quality and no professionalism.

      Quality products. Quick install when our time slot finally arrived. The windows were slotted to be installed first and our house is old, so every window had to be ordered as custom. We had all new windows, siding, and guttering done. Each install was a different sub contractor. All the teams were friendly and we had no problems from any of them. One issue - the siding team took it upon themselves to completely remove some bushes beside our house. I get it.. They were thorny, but never did communicate this to **. We found this out after they were completed and gone. Clean up could have been better for all teams.

      I had 8 windows installed. The installers were very professional and they were quick. They removed and installed the new windows, and had everything cleaned up in 4 hours. The work was excellent and the windows are fantastic. We love our new triple pane windows.
