      This project has taken a year to complete. The windows are great just a little disappointed with the time frame. Had a problem with one window. ***** came out this morning in the snow. He was very friendly and kept in touch as to the time frame. The project is now complete.

      We had a roof installed and new windows. The sales rep ********** sold us both the roof and windows. He was very professional, friendly, answered any questions, didnt pressure us at all, and always followed up on the jobs. Installer for the roof was on time, cleaned up, and got it down in a timely manner. The installers for the windows showed up on time, very professional, cleaned up after and friendly. No issues with the installers. Overall great customer service from **********************. I have already recommended then to friends and family.

      ******** was outstanding and knew his product.******* went extremely well and the work was done quickly and with great care. it did take a shorter amount of time for the windows to get in from the manufacturer. I hope they last and are as good of quality as *****-****** claims.
