      No service after sale. I live in ******** where it get cold and winter utilities are high. I purchased front windows for my living room and all four are leaking cold air because they wouldnt close all the way. I followed their procedure in order to take care of the problem. I received an email from the next day stating that someone would respond within 5 business days. Two weeks to the day I called and after finally getting ahold of someone I was told it would be a $99 fee to take a look at the problem because my picture didnt show anything out of the ordinary. What? I have a life time warranty and expect what I was told at my purchase. Any problems we take care of our customers?

      The process was enjoyable until my windows arrived. Not what I discussed. The project manager was awful when confronted with my problem. I did trust that what we talked about was entered into the system and blindly signed off. My fault. Other than than that the process was nice. Just make sure your order is right. **************** not is not good.

      Handing hired local installers to put in my new window, and they did a GREAT JOB! They were on time, professional, courteous, answered all my questions, cleaned the windows, and cleaned up after themselves. Like they weren't even here, but I have a wonderful new picture window.Couldn't be happier!

      Started off ***** with the scheduling. Cleared my schedule for the scheduled day, a Friday. An hour after the scheduled arrived time I received a voice mail saying they would have to reschedule. I called within a 1/2 hour spoke with a scheduling individual. The individual told me we were on the schedule for Monday. My husband called later in the afternoon on Friday to confirm the appointment for Monday. We we told we were not on the schedule for Monday. The person was rude to my husband and the conversation between the two got a little heated. I stepped in and spoke with the scheduling supervisor who did finally make it right but we were not scheduled for Monday. Instead it was a couple of weeks out. The crew of 4 arrived on time. The crew was friendly and professional. They installed a very large window and did an excellent job on installation and cleanup. The product appears to be good quality. However, it was noticed that a hairline crack is in the vinyl of one of the windows. We will be reaching out to ******** to report it. It does not appear to impact the window right now.

      To put it short and sweet, their products are great couldn't believe how much air was flowing into my house and out. And the gentlemen who worked on my house were professional, on time, personable, good representatives for their company, and very eager workers! My experience with hansons has been wonderful from the very beginning to the wonderful finished products.

      I had **** and **** out to install 3 windows. They were absolutely awesome, and my dogs loved them so they're good in my book! Hansons customer service is top notch, I will definitely be having the rest of my windows replaced by Hansons!

      I was very pleased with the representative. He was very professional, attentive to my needs and not just the sale, and was very thorough with all he had to offer. I was left with not wanting to search further. I feel confident in my decision to proceed.
