  nov 14 2022 I called Hansons with issue of a crack on the window casing . I have received several return calls. wanting more photos, and told this is not a warranty issue. Although the web site states of their pride of strong welded corners of casing. Another return call Dec 16, the company wanted more photos. I have done that again. The windows were installed March 2022, they are new and should not have cracked. Waiting for another return call .

  Hansons installed 33 windows for ****** dollars! They first measured wrong so it went from 2 days to 9 days to make them fit! I had to buy new blinds for the living room window because my previous blinds were to small, installers were great but... I have a window that was broke, screens that don't fit, the largest picture window have imperfections between the glass and It was the wrong color. They said they would replace the glass and paint the window! This is unacceptable! This is a window facing the west that gets the hottest sun and will eventually peel! The installers said they would replace the entire window but ***** ( the manager said no)! I paid for this window to be dark bronze not royal brown and they want to paint it. They did not caulk any of the windows on the inside so the wind was blowing right through them. I live on Lake Huron and winds get ***** mph, which I told them when I purchased them. I gave them ****** down and told them when all the problems were fixed I would give the remaining balance. I had calls threatening to send it to collections!! My heat bill went up this December due to the fact around the inside of the windows weren't caulked! I had to get someone else to come and caulk around the inside of the windows to stop the wind from coming in! My blinds were literally swaying due to the wind coming in! They are very responsive when you call for windows but not so responsive when it comes to problems! That is a lot of money to spend on windows to have as many problems I have dealt with. Before you buy windows please do the research and read reviews. They say next spring they will come out and replace the broken window and fix locks and bring the correct screens. I will write another review in the spring and let you know if they honor their warranty and if they replace the picture window or just put a bandage on it. I am a very unhappy customer and because **********************'s is such a big company they don't care! Please, read reviews!

  Very professional and courteous. They kept me up to date on the progress and made sure they were not in my way or inconvenient me in any way. The phone calls I received also were friendly and courteous. Made sure all my questions were answered and that I was completely satisfied.I highly recommend this company.
