      Company refuses to stop harassing me. I have asked on multiple occasions for them to remove my information and we have had the work completed with another contractor. They called again the next day, from a new number every time. I have received five phone calls and three text messages in three weeks.

      We had a window put in little over a year now, and it was put in wrong. Called them they sent out someone to look at it they used spray foam to temporarily fix the leaks. However they have canceled on us at least 7 times this past 7-8 months, one time we didnt even get a phone call or txt they couldnt make it. I called the financial company and they stopped payments however Im still getting interest. The old window was broken and leaked bad so we have mold in the wall. We just wanted the window fixed so we could take care of the mold. We cant fix the wall until we know the window is in correctly, otherwise we would have to spend more if it leaked again. My feelings on this is they scammed us and now want us to pay for a window they put in wrong and dont want to fix it.

      On April 14, 2025, I signed a contract (#******) with 1-800-Hansons to install a new roof and new siding. On April 24, Hansons work crew installed a new roof on my property. While they were installing the roof, they dislodged a pipe in my attic, causing the pipe to crash through my bathroom ceiling. The crash left a hole in my bathroom ceiling and unrepairable damage to the only my tub/shower in my home.The leader of the installation crew said, Dont worry. Well get this fixed for you. But a day later, on April 25, the offsite project coordinator (**** ******) called and told me Id need to work with my insurance company to have everything fixed. Then I could submit a request for a deductible reimbursement.This aligns with the Stipulations and Notifications section of my Hansons contract (Page 7, Guideline No. 5, Part G), which states: Consequential damages to premises or material located on the premises: In the event of damage, Customer agrees to submit claim to their insurance company and may request reimbursement for the deductible from the Contractor.On June 25, after a two-month process involving estimates, approvals, signing contracts with a renovation company, and choosing new tiling and a new tub, I submitted documentation to **** ******. The documentation included a copy of my processed insurance claim and a copy of the $2,890 check I paid to the renovation company. I told **** ****** that I would submit any additional documentation or information needed to process my reimbursement.On June 26, **** ****** told me that ****** ******, VP of Customer Relations, would contact me. After not hearing from him, I sent him an email on July 7. He hasnt replied and the project coordinator isnt addressing my inquiries about this matter. The salesman who signed me up for this project also never replied to my email.

      This company has continuously called me from several different phone numbers. I block one, they just use another. I have never contacted this company, I do not know who they are. I dont even live in an area where this company is present. I live in *****. Stop harassing people. Not just me, but everyone you call without an account, without previous contact, and without request. Cold calling random phone numbers you bought from data brokers isnt just desperate, its downright scummy. *** who you are, but I hope your competitors put you out of business.

      A contract with 1800Hansons was signed to replace 13 windows in our home. This contract was signed in December of 2024.The original installation of the windows was terrible with multiple issues including damage to the windows, incorrect installation and damage to the window frames/trim/areas around the windows (among other issues). We contacted Hansons to rectify. They have since replaced 3 of the windows, told us they would "correct" all remaining issues, and we have heard nothing since. We are unable to get any updates from them on remaining scope of work, timeframe, or where things stand. However, we have since been informed that the bill for the project is due and payments need to be made. The windows look terrible, are difficult to open, have dangerously sharp edges, and if not installed correctly risk further damage to our home up to and including water damage and or black mold.The matter remains unresolved, with no timeframe or estimation for resolution and communications from 1800Hansons to us has ceased altogether. Additionally, other contractors and money will need to be spent to repair the damages to trim and walls around the incorrectly installed windows.

      ***** ******** took over 6 months to schedule a water leak repair. At first they stated it had nothing to do with the new window they installed, but they will take care of it. The old window never leaked. The day they were supposed to come, they never called. I called and was told they were already there and repaired the leak. The first heavy rain we have gotten since, the window is leaking again from the same area. The trim is now damaged inside the window. They are now not responding to phone calls. During initial repairs, they did not finish in their estimated time. They also no-call-no-showed. They also ordered a window wrong. I used several paid days off for their services, and they couldn't be bothered to finish the job and charged me more as they underquoted themselves. One day they didn't show as they had an 'emergency water leak' to fix. I waited 6 months for a fix. Explain that.

      This job is not the place u want to be. They just took over a new branch and fried some of their best employees. The management team made everyone feel so uncomfy working there. I I really hope they find new managers bec thats such a toxic work environment. The managers belittle you and this is just not a professional place of work. I feel so bad for all ****** customers. Stay away if you can before u get scammed to!

      So a Man who represents Hansons came to my house on 4.12.25 we spent 4 hours with this salesman named Nova Najdi ************. No contact since he left my house. On 5.8.25 I was notified that my product would be delivered to my property. So It sat in my driveway from that date above till May 19th when a work crew showed up. Meanwhile I had called Nova the truck that came and delivered the product had an oil leak and I had oil all over my driveway. No call back and I called customer service after he did not call back. Then I open a box of sididng to say it was not the color we talked about called him again and nothing. Meanwhile the workers stayed 3 hours first day and then no dumpster and left all the siding on my neigbors property. The second day no workers and dumpster was delivered at 1:00 pm. No workers? Then by 5.23.25 a crew showed up and then they covered my dryer vent. Still not able to get a hold of the guy who sold me this job? He stated he would be present from the start to finish? I have called the **** office and have requested to speak with a manager? I'm getting nothing? So does he really work for this company? I mean what I have spent for this job and no communication is unheard of? The job is not complete and it is 6.5.25? You don't buy anything and not have anyone to talk to about concerns and things that are not correct? I need to know if this guy is real? Because he was in my kitchen for 4 hours with nothing but broken promises and now I have siding of a color I did not even order and nobody will do anything when I call? They won't even have the guy call me (Nova Najdi?

      They want ***** to initiate my unlimited transferable warranty and they have failed to make the appointment to measure my fogged windows after two weeks.

      I purchased siding for my entire home from 800-Hansons on 5/5/21. During that transaction a salesman came to our home and guided us to the right product. He stated that the main differenitator from other companies is there lifetime warranty. I then stated "this warranty is 1 page, because it has no exclusions. You could throw a baseball at it, drive a car into it, or even acts of god like hail. I will have to say that if the damage is to the entire home, you may have to contact your insurance" He laughed and my wife and I asked if he was being completely serious and he said yes and whipped out a sheet of paper, which I have attached. We decided on moving forward with them and with ALOT of delays, were able to get it installed. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago, the week of 5/13. I contacted ******** via phone to submit a claim because my lawnmower had thrown a rock and damaged one peice of siding. They instructed me to use there website to create a claim. I did so and recieved a call on 5/23 back stating that there warranty only covers manufacture defects and that I would have to pay for a trip charge, supplies, and labor if I were to get this repaired. I told them exactly what the salesman had told me and they stated there was nothing they could do. All i am asking is for them to honor there agreement which made us choose there services. (The document attached has no back or fine print)

      1800Hansons will warranty products and material only for "normal issues" the evidence provided showed damage to siding that is abuse by virtue of either breaking. tearing by outside influences i.e.: lawn mower or storm damage.

      This is not a warrantied and any request to repair is chargeable including associated fees. 

      Please be aware if the damage is not repaired and may exacerbate the issue or any attempt other than Hansons authorized and paid services will void all warranties'

      As stated in my previous statement, the salesperson LEAD the sale by stating that the warranty covers ALL DAMAGE regardless of reason, his example was "if you kid throws a baseball at it, your covered. If it a branch falls on it, your covered. Even if you hit it with a hammer on accident your covered." This specific reason is why we chose to use Hansons, not only were they the most expensive option in our area but they took longer than promised to install. We are only asking for what was promised nothing more and nothing less. The siding is damaged and as promised by the sales representative HIRED AND TRAINED by Hansons we expect this damage to be covered at no additional cost and any future damage to be covered based on the assurances of the lifetime warranty promised.
