      Had whole house done along with a 12 ft slider. Experience was great. Took a bit longer to come in than expected. Installers were excellent. When I had questions, they took time to explain.

      I have been waiting sense end of Apr. and the end of May to get my siding done. And this is already the month of 11/18/2025. the crew they sent out was very strange. They messed up the siding. And ****** fired them. And they said they would make it right. I call them several times and they first said they were waiting on the other half of the material. Then I call them and they were discussing it over with management she says. I have been calling them and not getting any were. I'm very disgusted with them. I wish the would get it done right soon.

      This was the WORST experience I ever had with customer service! I set an appointment for 11/12/25 for a roofing quote. Two of their salesmen show, ************** ***** was great he showed me products & took me through the roofing process. ***** took care of the financing part he showed each price point & what came with it. He started super high which I told him that was out of my price range. After finding several discounts every time I said I would think on it, the price was half off the starting price. I told him I still wanted to think on it and I had other companies to look at as well. Im a new homeowner and a female at that so I felt I needed to take my time making this costly decision. I repeated myself several times that I wanted to think about it and I also had to get ready for my work shift. ***** and I kept making eye contact because he also felt his coworker was pushing too hard. This is where the appointment took a left. ***** did not want to accept my answer to the point he told me "Well if you cant afford this you must not be able to afford your mortgage" he also said "You must have a lot of credit card debt." I never once told ***** that I couldn't afford it, but because I didn't take his deal he started berating me in my own home. I honestly couldn't believe it and told him to get the h*** out of my house. As he's walking out the door he says, "Not my fault you can afford it." I lost it at that point, a shouting match began between us all the way down my drive way. Its like he forgot he was at work! I immediately called to speak to manager. Manager called back acting so shocked and told me he would send an email with his information so we could work something out. I have yet to receive an email or any information on how this was handled. I usually dont leave reviews but this review is for female homeowners, because i did not feel safe. I shouldn't have to defend my self at a roof quote appointment in my own home. I am very disappointed
