      Horrible!!! They pressure you to make a decision right then saying price will increase if I wait a day or two. They then say you have 3 business days to cancel (fyi Saturday and Sunday count) but conveniently they dont answer a phone. Then the off chance someone does, they have to transfer you to that department and then the call gets dropped and your back at square one.

      So sorry for the communication issues, the RTC FORM ALLOWS THREE BUSINESS DAYS HE FOR YOUR CANCEL REQUEST. NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS.

      They were late arriving but did call to let me know. Once they arrived they got right to work they did a great job putting window in and made sure to clean up

      Beware Run don't walk!! If there was a way to give a negative review I would, this is the worst place to go through, poor quality, poor workmanship, way overpriced, poor customer service.. the ********************* that were installed were too small and they installed anyway, unlevel filled in with wood and foam, then put multiple different kinds of trim stacked on one another to try and cover up the gap around the window on the inside and a really bad trim job out side.. ****** tried to tell me it there was nothing wrong with them that I got what I paid for, it wasn't until refused to pay that they waited months before they decided to send someone out to check and see if the would make it right and then the only would fix 2 of the windows..

      The whole process from sales visit to installation was top notch with Hansons. The best part of the whole thing is the end result. We absolutely love our new walk-in shower! We're super happy with every detail, and the only thing we would change is that we should have done it years ago. Our salesman was very knowledgable and helpful, and the installation crew was great. Thank you, Hansons, for making our life easier with our new shower!

      Did an absolute hack job. Brought the wrong shower door. Didnt caulk properly, broke my light fixture, baseboard and quarter round and said he would go to ********** to buy what he broke but decided he didnt want to miss his lunch. Destroyed my walls because he didnt know how to mud propprly and rushed out before we even had a chance to really look at it. 15k for a walk in shower done by a rude, disrespectful little man that clearly does not need to be doing this job. Our salesman was great but the install was a flop! I will never give my money to Hansons again
