      It wasnt pretty sorry to say. The so called certified measure person changed the original order by 3narrower. When the install crew showed up they were not very professional. I watched take the old window out with a claw hammer. They continued cutting to leave a 3 gap on all 4 sides of the new replacement window. I then watched them put the new window in and fill the complete space around the window with spray foam. Yes, no lies here. I would recommend working with a smaller company if you really want craftsmanship. I was not impressed whatsoever. *** I am a construction worker and see the good and bad habits daily.

      New walk in shower installation went smooth & quick. ************** the installers were very polite,talked & showed us each step of the process. I would recommend them for anyone wanting a walk in shower. Plus they did a great job on cleaning up after install & took debris with them.

      Original sales agent made an error on the contract. I had a follow up conversation with a manager in an attempt to correct the error. The manager was extremely professional and more than made up for the mistake. The installation crew was excellent. Communication throughout the process was impressive. My tenant has already reported a decrease in road noise. This was a benefit I had not anticipated. Hopefully see significant increase in energy efficiency. We replaced 17 40 year old double pane windows with triple pane windows.

      Used them for siding, going for a roof.Feel safe enough with the company to maybe do even ******* far, theyre accountable, and up front.And I would recommend them to others.

      We recently had an appt for a quote on our old wood garage windows. When **** arrived he was courteous, professional and informative. At no point did we feel pressured and went as far as asking him to quote our entire house which was quite time consuming for him and expansive since we have two large custom built to the house floor to ceiling bay windows. While **** was explanative and knowledge, he remained easy-going and we felt very comfortable asking questions. We would highly recommend reaching out to Hansons windows for a quote and requesting ****.

      My 2-day installation took 87 days to complete. Although the outcome is good, I don't think I can recommend them .

      I was lied to from the get go, Was told by salesperson that metal and board was included in price ( IT WAS NOT ) now they are seeking more money when the original contract saying something different, Was told by salesperson that a certified contractor would be doing the project 3 guys in a shady looking spray painted truck showed up, It's been headache after headache with this company since the start, Would not recommend at all

      The roofers were really amazing! They did a great job. They were quick, professional and clean-up was perfectly done. We did have problems with scheduling, but that was finally resolved.

      ***** was here today and we went with Hansons for a new bathroom walk in shower. He is outstanding and did a fabulous job. He was understanding and listened well to what we wanted and we got right work a quote.Kegan did an outstanding job representing Hansons and their products.
