      My 2-day installation took 87 days to complete. Although the outcome is good, I don't think I can recommend them .

      I was lied to from the get go, Was told by salesperson that metal and board was included in price ( IT WAS NOT ) now they are seeking more money when the original contract saying something different, Was told by salesperson that a certified contractor would be doing the project 3 guys in a shady looking spray painted truck showed up, It's been headache after headache with this company since the start, Would not recommend at all

      The roofers were really amazing! They did a great job. They were quick, professional and clean-up was perfectly done. We did have problems with scheduling, but that was finally resolved.

      ***** was here today and we went with Hansons for a new bathroom walk in shower. He is outstanding and did a fabulous job. He was understanding and listened well to what we wanted and we got right work a quote.Kegan did an outstanding job representing Hansons and their products.

      I was quoted one price for my new roof. I was billed a much higher price, higher by thousands of dollars!!! I am so over ********!!! The woman who gave me my estimate, was awesome. I requested a follow-up appointment with that same person, my estimator, but somebody else was sent to my house. No message saying ******* was out of town, when I specifically requested her. I would have waited for her to come back in town to meet with me. The man they sent was fine, but he wasn't *******. She is the best!!! In order to submit this review I must agree to the "Customer Review Submission Terms!!! Really?

      **** ********** (from Hansons) came to my home to provide an estimate for a new roof for my house. He did a great job providing all information and pricing and came up with a solution that I was extremely happy with and was able to get it to fit my budgetary needs. I was extremely happy with his service!

      Our salesman was not pushy. Once we decided to buy windows from them, the process was easy. They emailed us to let us know they were "making" the windows, next was to install. They emailed and called us to make an appointment for installation. The guys showed up on time. They were great- friendly but professional. They didn't ***** ***** around. During installation, they asked me if I liked the new windows, and if I had any questions a couple of times. Which I liked. If there was an issue I wanted it fixed right then. They didn't leave a mess for me to cleanup. I was showed how to "work" my new windows and that the window sticker had information to get a rebate. A few days later, I received a call asking me how I liked the windows and if there were any questions or issues concerning the windows. At this time I would recommend ******** for windows.

      We had an amazing experience with the gentleman that did our estimate. Very informative and great presentation. I also liked the fact that he was able to find us a lender that no other roofing company could get for us. We're really excited to have them redue our roof.
