5 starsThe guys that came to convert my tub to walkin shower did a great job! It turned out beautiful! My only negative is that that salesman needs a bit more education when it comes to plumbing/shower install. He promised me a curved bar for the curtain when it does not work on this kind of application. The plumber was excellent in describing why this does not work. 2 starsI almost did not call Hansons because I had to throw 2 of their salesmen out of my home twice for aggressive tactics. However my salesman this time was great. Install was scheduled. I made all preparations including painting and taking down my blinds. I planned to go on a mens retreat from church but install date conflicted. At 2PM the day before install Hansons called and said they would not make it. Next available was following Wednesday! I sent 3 e mails voicing my disappointment and looking for sooner instal. I got zero response. I tried calling customer service 3 times. After waiting through prompts got message each time no one available to take my calls, leave a message. Again no response. Day before install I called again and left message if install was delayed again I was cancelling order and demanding refund. That got message each time a call back. Installers did a good install. Looks good and cleaned up all trash. They did however break my toilet paper holder and dent my wall below it. On the completion call they did give me $20.00 credit for holder. I am on my own for the wall. Will mud before I paint bathroom. The window warranty is supposed to be great. My concern is if I have a problem will they ever call back? In conclusion, when I replace my other six windows down the road, it will not be with Hansons. They are just too unprofessional and wont call or return e mail once they have deposit.Review fromDavid D

5 starsA fantastic experience start to finish. Our salesman was personable, knowledgable, and explained everything in detail; had sample windows to examine and test out and gave us options for payment plans and helped negotiate our final costs. The measurement tech was equally friendly and thorough. The office staff kept us informed of the window construction and delivery timelines right up to the installers' arrival. That crew was amazing. We replaced 25 windows of every shape and size across a large and tall house. It took this well-oiled machine of a crew less than two full days to complete everything, right down to raking our lawn and sweeping our driveway before they left. They were the very definition of professional. Polite, focused on-task, ready to answer any question, mindful of pets and flower gardens. The windows look incredible and work wonderfully. Our road noise has greatly decreased, as has the sun's heat from the windows. Can't wait to reap the energy savings this winter! We heartily endorse Hansons!Review fromAlan C

1 starEverything went well until the first wind storm. Then the flashing on one side of my house they put on after doing my siding came off. When I called they never sent anyone to look at the issue, but told me it wasn't anything they hadn't done. Two small nails one at each end, but only on one side of the roof. I had to hire a different company to repair it as I wasn't going to pay them to come out and make a repair under the warranty they wouldn't honor. The second company couldn't believe anyone would do such bad work. I still have the siding to prove they didn't lock it down. Not that it matters to them at all. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.Review fromTabitha S

1 starHorrible!!! They pressure you to make a decision right then saying price will increase if I wait a day or two. They then say you have 3 business days to cancel (fyi Saturday and Sunday count) but conveniently they dont answer a phone. Then the off chance someone does, they have to transfer you to that department and then the call gets dropped and your back at square one.

1 starScam. We deposited $11,300 on September 3 for a new roof. Drove to **** plus sent emails the next day to cancel within the 3 day limit. They ignor our calls and emails and have not returned our money. After 5 calls to them today, September 29th, they say they are transferring you to to talk to someone about it, but then you either get put on hold forever or you get an answering machine. We have decided they are either scam artists, or are quietly going out of business trying to pay for all those tv ads. Do not listened and get taken in by their superb salesmen! The company does not stand behind their word or contract!
