      Hansons provided me with excellent customer service and sent a very knowledgeable representative to my home for my window estimate. My **** ******************** was very thorough and set up demonstrations for me to see, touch, and understand my window replacements. Id recommend ********************** to anyone for window replacement. Ask for *******************.

      Horrible customer service and install. 1 year and we still cannot get job completed - no shows to our home and no communication from customer service. Multiple NO SHOWS!

      4.9 your supply guy shorted the installers one square of shingles. They did their best to match the color. I waited for a rain to see if the roof leaked. All is ok on the roof job. The install crew did a 5 star job. But over all 4.9 is my best assesment.

      Our salesman ***** did a great job answering all of our questions and had great product knowledge. The installation crew ***** and ** did a great job on all parts of the installation and left the *********.

      Had a sales rep out to get our windows replaced, half of the windows he put in were wrong. He put in a window that wouldnt even fit in our picture window. Two weeks after measure appointment still didnt have any contact from the company, reached out to the sales rep to discover he no longer worked for this company and not a one person got ahold of ** to let ** know. The gm reached out after I sent an email and we were told Im sorry, we dropped the ball on contacting you extremely unprofessional and after another week of no one calling us back, we have canceled our order and will not recommend them to anyone.
