      Sales rep was wonderful. New roof was put on and hansons scheduled appointments to come repair and had multiple no call no shows or canceled for several weeks. They finally showed up for repairs made some adjustments and still had leaks. Several cancelations and no call no shows again. The service is terrible. Wouldn't recommend this company.

      We had them do our roof and windows, so far we are not impressed after the roof instalation. The roofers showed up an hour before scheduled, 7am, they were not acting professional *** would leave trash and equipment throughout our yard. I'm still picking up roofing ***********'ve got dead grass where they left their equipmen for weeks! They would show up on Friday and then not come back till the following week leaving all their trash and equipment scattered ,there was absolutely no communication on when they were going to show up. I'd get an email at 6am saying to expect the roofers that day. Who checks their email at 6am? I would express my concerns to ****** and they would blow it off like they had no control over this. Then the roofers showed up unannounced to take pictures of our house because they apparently forgot to submit proof they had finished to ******. I'm seriously hoping we have a better experience with the window people because we'll never have ****** do our roof again.

      Sales rep put in work order to remove a 1 inch board before putting drip edge on. Trying telling workers about it but was a language barrier. Called ******** about this got the run around. Sent pictures to them. They seen order but keep saying it was something different. Talked to so many different people it came down to it was my responsibility to paint the board. Nothing was said about painting anything, it was having a board removed. Which the Sales rep agreed to. Will never deal with this company again. Will not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed.

      This company has a real smooth process from start to finish. The workers showed up reasonably early and worked very fast. I was amazed at how fast they got the job done. They stayed right on the job and obviously knew exactly what they were doing. The results are beautiful. JOB WELL DONE!

      This is an awesome company. Sales rep was great and explained the process from start to finish. The installers showed up early and the installation was quick and installers were nice. I would recommend this company,

      ****** and ***** did an excellent job installing my seven windows and sliding door! They were very particular with how everything looked and cleaned up the job site when finished. Communication from the company was very timely, and my order was ready ahead of schedule!

      **** AND **** WERE GREAT! POLITE,PROFESSIONAL AND GREAT AT WHAT THEY DO. (WINDOW INSTALLATION) WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THAT ASKED. ALSO, **** WAS THERE TO MEASURE FOR A SHOWER CONVERSION AND HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE OF THE PRODUCTS AND AT RECOMMENDING WHAT WOULD OR COULD BE THE BEST FOR MY MOM'S SAFETY. THANKS TO ALL THAT HAVE COME OUT FROM ********!
