  I called Hansons to set up an appointment to go over getting some new windows. I was very surprised and pleased that the sales rep was willing to meet at 7pm so that my wife and I could both be present. The sales rep did a great job going over all the options for each window. Over the next couple days I had a few questions the sales rep was quick to get back in contact with me and was able to answer all my questions including about the lifetime guarantee as this is what had me really interested in going with them in the first place ( I guess time will tell if they actually stand behind it). We ended up ordering 3 bedroom windows. Unfortunately once we signed the paperwork we no longer became a priority for the sales rep. ( for example once the paperwork was signed we had a question and he was supposed to come over that afternoon but he no call no showed also when they installed the double slider windows they only put in a screen on one side so whats the point of a double slider window? I tried to get in touch with the sales rep to ask him about this. At this point it has been one week and no response from him. Although I understand its all about making money and getting new customers so I suppose thats the way it is). The person that took the measurements was on time and did a good job. The installers were ok I guess. They didnt speak much English so there was a language barrier. They cracked one of the windows when they put it in and when they got done they didnt even try to inform me of this, they just said they were done and wanted me to sign the completion paperwork. I called Hansons before signing to make sure a new window was ordered and it was, so thats not a huge issue. I did end up going to my local Hansons office to ask about the full size window screens and they happily ordered me 3 full size free of charge. Overall I would probably give them a 4.5. I suppose I might have a better idea in the future.

  The installers went right to work and seemed very conscientious in doing the finishing work with a good end result. There was a language barrier in communication with the workers which made it difficult to ask questions. This was not a big problem as they finished the job satisfactorily and cleaned up after themselves. Job well done.

  The company Hansons sent out had fantastic employees. Extremely nice and courteous. My only complaint is after they left they had a bad seal of caulk on one of the windows. Aside from that, perfect experience

  Roof Installation: Excellent job. ******* and her crew arrived on time and due to weather conditions we had to postpone a couple of days. She was very helpful answering our questions and keeping ** informed about the rescheduled install and the progress of the job. We were very happy with the efficiency and professionalism of the crew and they completed the job on time and they did a great job on the cleanup.

  Left trash can in my yard with glass in it didnt even take the stickers off the windows. Try to call and they hang up on **. Will never recommend them to anybody. Language barrier was so frustrating for my husband because i had to translate for him.

  I hired Hansons to replace my roof. The roof looks great! What I really liked was the fact that Hansons kept in contact with me constantly. They would let me know when the crew was on the way to my home. They would contact me to make sure the crew was at work and asked me if I had any questions. They were always on top of the crew to make sure they were on the job. The crew doing the work were very professional, always on time, worked late, and all in all the best roofers ever. I won't hesitate to call on ******** again and I highly recommend them.
