      Quality windows. A little on the expensive side but now therere in. It was worth it. The sales rep was very nice, knowledgeable and did a good job explaining the windows and differences compared to others. The measurements were right on and the installation was quick and top notch. I would recommend them to anyone.

      The crew was quick. Cleaned up very nice. Looks fantastic I really loved it. Thank you to the crew that did it and thank you ******** for giving me a repaired roof that I desperately needed to have done. I well definitely recommend you to who ever would need a roof done. Thank you agian

      On time, very efficient and professional, and very happy with the results, the windows are beautiful and just what we had in mind. The team that did the installation were very organized, friendly and informative when it comes to questions or thoughts during the process, thank you so much. We would highly recommend, and will recommend Hansons to others, thinking of window replacements or other options, such as gutters, siding, roofing, working with the best in the industry is always a pleasure.

      The sales guy was good, kept in contact and answered questions. Installers did a good job, only qwerks was on the windows and screens themselves. One bad bottom sash and a screen or two had some damage. Hope Hansons follows through with warranty like they say they do if something happens. Other than all that, I would recommend.

      One of the sales pitches was that other companies take 6-8 months to install and Hansons would be able to complete the job in 3 months since their manufacturer was local. It has been 8 months and the job is still not complete. Once the windows were ordered, I was getting regular updates that they would be installed **** weeks, then 6-8, then 4-6. The week they should have been scheduled to be installed, I got a message saying it would be **** weeks until installation. When I called the project manager and asked what happened all she said was that the supplier wasn't ready and that those were automated messages. She then got an attitude with me when I questioned how they didn't have a more accurate system. When the windows finally arrived to be installed, 2 of them were broken. It took another 8 weeks to get the replacement windows to which the installation crew forgot one of the pieces. They still haven't contacted me to install the last piece and when I spoke with the project team, they asked me to send a picture of the missing piece which I am not in possession of because it wasn't installed. When I asked why they couldn't contact the installation crew they said they didn't have their info. Whole process has turned into a nightmare. Windows seem good, installation crew did a good job despite forgetting a piece.
