  Only had salesman come thus far. He was very good. He took the time to explain and was courteous. Did not push for us to buy more.

  I wanted an estimate for a Roof replacement.Was interested 0% 2-year agreement.The roof rep very much misinformed me who told me he was doing a soft touch on credit. instead, a hard hit towards my credit was done. Approval of a line of credit was opened not knowing that I agreed to the terms with high-interest rate,and not informed I was signing a transaction agreement. only wanted an estimate to discuss with my spouse. Huge mess! The credit lender assisted with closing the line of credit that I did not want to agree to. This will now affect my credit by closing an account. Also had to reach out to Experian with hopes that I can dispute this issue.

  They did an amazing job! It didnt take the whole day and they went above and beyond to give us the shower and tub we were hoping for. Everything was thoroughly explained and held true to what they said would happen and how. We are very satisfied with the work and will be going to Hansons for anything we need down the line as long as they offer it.

  21 thousand dollars for a 12 square roof. All other quotes were under 9 thousand. 40 thousand if I wanted metal hahahahah, told me they would have to re sheet my roof with osb because boards arent code. That was a lie. Theyre just trying to take advantage of people, dont fall for it. I suggest you reach out to a reputable local roofer.

  From start to finish, the ****** staff did a great job. The sales presentation for our window replacement was excellent---clear,concise and engaging. The work crew was just plain awesome. The crew team vibe was pleasant and friendly. They worked **** hard and finished all the window replacements in one day. They were also as careful as possible about keeping our house and property clean and the lawn and flower beds undamaged. We served them coffee and goodies throughout the day because they took no breaks. And we enjoyed chatting with them as the opportunity arose. All our neighbors (and us)love the new windows and commented about what a good job Hansons work crew did. Overall, a top-notch experience,I was very much impressed with the work ethic of the crew, their team work, and how hard they work.

  The work was slower than I would have liked, mostly weather related. The team was friendly and efficient. My only complaint with the process is the dumpster that is still in my driveway, the leftover shingles sitting by my garage door, and the things moved and not replaced. I use a ****** and can't move the objects myself.
