  I do not recommend anyone use hansons for windows and we had all new windows and a back sliding door installed and every single window had fault from the manufacturer and they were still installed. The back sliding door is incorrect so it is upside down. The wrong window was made for the living room. We have had nothing but problems and hansons refused to fix any of the problems with the windows or the door.

  ******** put a sliding glass door in for us. Did it in a timely manner, and did excellent work, right down to the caulk job. We will call ******** again for any future projects. Thankyou ********

  Installer was on time each day to do the work. He was very efficient. Not exactly how I would have done the windows, but everything looks great. The couple of times something didn't go the way he wanted it, he explained what happened and how it tried to fix it. ***** and I are pleased overall with the work.

  The window guys were very professional and cleaned up great. Even though one of the windows was cracked, they followed up with a new one and installed it in a very reasonable time. I also *********** with them, which those installers were great as well. Totally recommend 1800 Hansons.

  **************** worked from the moment they got here until the moment they left. They finished the entire job in one day which included the roof tear off, carrying 71 bundles of shingles up on the roof, applying the underlayment and shingles, and clean up. The clean up was fantastic, there was not a nail or piece of roofing material left on the ground. The communication skills of the supervisor, whose name was *********, was excellent and he kept me informed and answered all my questions. I was very much impressed with the work ethic of the crew, their team work, and how hard they work. I would not hesitate to call Hansons for future home improvements.****************************** April 25, 2023

  I would never recommend this company to anyone to buy windows from, their customer service *****, I spent alot of money for the windows for them not to lock, I was told the windows were easy to take out for cleaning, they are not, the chaulking they did, looks like ****., yes they are coming back out to fix it, I asked them if I could be the 1st appointment in the morning because my husband works midnights doesn't get home til 6am, & goes to bed by 9:00, 9:30 the latest, I call the day of & they tell me they will be here by 10, Wow im glad that customer service is important to them.

  My windows look great ! No more air leaks I am completely satisfied with my purchase The installers were very efficient and friendly.
