      June 7, 2025 Temu has a 20 day calendar app with coupons that state spend $3.01 get $3.00 off, when try to use these coupons, says minimum $35 order. This is suppose to be exception on the calendar game. During the month I get 4 $3.00 coupons and one mimum order $5.01 with $5.00 coupon that can not use. I have picture of game & 2 of the coupons showing that expire today. There will be more of these coupons this month.

      I purchased 3 items from Temu ******. When I received my products, I did not like one and returned it. I told Temu that I used a **** gift card and either wanted a credit or a check. They proceeded to tell me that I have to go to my bank.I explained that the gift card is not connected to any bank. They kept telling me to go to my bank. The card was purchased at a store. I was willing to have a credit, but did not listen.This is a my first experience with Temu and I'm not pleased.

      This includes;-Temu's false and misleading advertising -Temu's failure to stand behind their advertised offers. discounts and promotions -Temu's delivery of substandard products that do not meet the advertised performance characteristics shown on their site -Customer service personnel who make promises to customers that are not documented and can not be proven by their customers -********************** does not meet the commitments for the resolution of problems promised by their customer service personnel -"SOP" for this company!. -False and confusing advertising, unwillingness to stand behind their products, unkept promises, and the company are all hallmarks of a company that is dishonest at its core!!!!-Earlier this month, I received an email from Temu telling me that I had received a $100.00 credit. The email directed me to their site, where I see a pressure washer and a handheld battery-operated vacuum in my cart. The cost for these 2 items was $1*****. A screen then appeared showing a $100.00 discount and a $ ***** net cost. I place the order based on this screen. My credit card was then charged the full amount, the $***** that I was offered. I immediately called Temu and spoke to Rye regarding this problem. I told he I wanted the $100.00 credit. She told me she was escalating the matter, and I would receive a response in 24 hours. I asked for a $20 credit due to my problems. She said she placed the credit on my account. I never received a reply on the $100 credit, and the $20 was a credit that required me to make 7 separate purchases over a 7-day period!! She would not provide a trouble ticket number I called back on 6/8 and spoke to *******. She said there was no record of my call with Rye. Created ticket ****************. SAid I would hear from them within 24 hours.Pressure washer arrived, it is a cheap knock-off that does not provide the 4800-pound pressure and amount of water that was advertised!!!This company is dishonest!

      I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # 23443925. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 


      The issue with Temu still exists. I also have an email from Temu that offers a full refund of $88.69 on my credit card, $20.00 Temu credit on my account, and does not require me to return the product. They have failed to issue the credit even though I have requested it emails on 2 ocassions. I have spoken to TEMU representatives on more than 4 occasions requesting the refund and credit.

      This company has frauded me out of over $8,000They pretended to be an online merchant company paying you to help optimization for products sold on Temu. I was told I was getting paid to give 5 star reviews. I had to put money in the account to purchase products and get reimbursed with commission and bonuses after investing my money the platform didnt allow you to withdraw the funds and requires me to pay more. It was definitely a scam they took advantage of my vulnerability. I can provide all text messages via screenshot and the offer from the recruiter for the job. The whole entire process to prove Ive been scammed and I want the world to know so they cant continue doing this to innocent struggling citizens of U.S.A. Or wherever they are doing this fraudulent business/transactions.

      The items as you see were several somehow not pictured by temu, there was several one was a sander and one was also not recognized by temu, there were 3 items free and several paid for temu decided that the 3 items were not free just one? The deal game I played gave me 3 free, come to check they wanted more money, they decided that my order instead of the 3 free and the 1.99 for several more came to $164? This was to much and I had to cancel and get refund, yet my virtual card from fetch "my *********** says card is closed and card company says there is no refund showing has getting put back on the card from temu, I have included several photos of screenshots from this transaction problem. One is the virtual card I was using it was originally $25 now $1.97.

      My package was stolen and I was asked to provide proof. The representative asked would I like a refund or the order resent. I advised I wanted a refund. After sending the footage of the order being stolen Temu stated they would not issue a refund because it was delivered to the correct address.

      I participated in Temus May Gift Calendar event and completed all 20 check-ins to unlock the Ultimate Reward. I selected a Smart Music Boxing Pad, which showed as free with a $20 minimum purchase. I claimed it while the $20 threshold was clearly shown.However, when I returned to complete my purchase, the cart changed the requirement to a $50 minimum without warning. I refreshed and rechecked the app several times. The threshold switched back and forth between $20 and $50. This inconsistency prevented me from placing the qualifying ******** daughter, using a second account, completed the same event and was allowed to check out with the promised $20 threshold. This confirms the issue was not user error, but a glitch or inconsistency in Temus system.I contacted Temu support immediately, submitted video and screenshot proof, and opened Ticket #****************. Despite prompt communication and proof of the issue, the promotion expired before Temu offered any resolution. Their final response was a generic rejection stating they were unable to process the credit.I followed every rule, checked in daily, and attempted to complete the purchase in good faith. This failure was due to Temus system error, not mine.

      Now, I'm not sure if this is the fault of Temu or the fault of their courier PDN express, im also not entirely sure of their exact address so i provided what ****** claims to be their canadian address. but I've been dealing with temu for 7 days constantly, they are beating around the **** and trying to make excuses on why my package hasn't been delivered yet, it's gone 7 days with no updates from temu or from the courier, and when I reach out to customer support all they do is "urge a ticket" that produces no results.

      I purchased what was described as a sectional sofa in the description of the item. Even customer service told me that it was a sofa. Once I placed the order it comes up that I order an ottoman and that was it. They are misleading people by stating that you are buying a sectional sofa when that is absolutely not what is being sold and they refuse to make the merchant supply what is in the description even after they confirmed it was a sofa. I have attached the conversation with customer service where the confirmed I was ordering a complete sofa not just an ottoman
