      Temu is a ******** online shopping company who do not give a dam about the customers. They will not make the matter better or correct the matter in a professional manner. I bought a ***** through them and had problems with back rim and tire, reported it to them they sent wrong part with no back brakes and no chain access. This problem started like 30 days after I purchased the bike but they let the problem linger long enough to say that it's been past the 90 day warranty, you know they way of trying to get out of fixing the problem

      I like Temu but they keep offering free money earned and I make it as Temu credit but you always have at least a $20 limit to spend to receive free gifts that a supposed to be for orders I have already ordered and paid for why should I have a $20 minimum to get the free items

      Temu customer service is a joke. Same bot answers and even at the end of this post is a bot. They do not care. I made a purchase and used the wrong card so I did it through ****** and they refunded me. Weird thing was the items were in my cart still. Anyway I had no issue with anything until I went to order something and it wouldn't take any pmt I tried. Then contacting them they gave me the same **** answers. Its been 2 months I sent pics from my bank a letter from my bank saying they had no issue with them. Still no one helps. Like I said it is very sad I have liked mostly everything I ever gotten from them. They need to do something soon. They will lose people

      Terrible customer service and most of their policies are a lie or gimmick. My parcel had no updates for 2 whole weeks and I found it by accident. It was delivered to the wrong location by the wrong courrier and customer service was argumentative, unhelpful, unsympathetic and blatantly lied about the lack of updates. Will never be using them again.

      I ordered 8 items from Temu and they charged me for 14 items. I told them that they could have their stuff back I want a full refund you know minus shipping and coupons and items like that so these eight items and I'll mind you this is timu it's not it's really not their items are not real good anyway so they charged me $200 220 $2 for eight items they're saying and they refunded me 102 of it and that was it okay they owe me the rest of my refund and two of the charges on there once for $41.44 and the other ones for ***** And they're refusing to give me the rest of my refund and they are refusing to tell me what these two charges are for they're saying that that's two items or three items together okay I get it but what they did is they charged me for each and every items separate and even extra money and then they turned around and charged me for you know three and the 41 three items in the $41 and three items in the $44 they plan out double charged me they keep sending me the exact same messages and I've been doing this for 3 and 1/2 weeks now they they send the exact same messages I do not believe their customer service is humans I've sent them tons of screenshots of my bank statements and it shows them where they charge me wrong and I can't get anywhere with them I mean that's to me they're stealing my money because they're refusing to give it back to me and I know they owe it to me and on top of it I told him to send me a return kit and I would be happy to return it all because it's I mean it's no good and I bought I bought a smokeless ashtray it broke the same day I got it I bought a manicurus kit I was cutting my 6-year-old grandson's toenails and fingernails and they broke I mean come on you know and it's just ridiculous and now I'm stuck I don't know what to do I can't get nowhere with him you know and then they just stop responding when they're done I mean there's there to me my personal opinion is they are scammers liars and thieves. Never again.

      Ordered table and chairs for outdoor patio $248 they never delivered would not refund me.Said they'd give me twenty dollar credit back i will never buy thing from them again. They are crooks they lie to get your business! Stay away from them.

      *** ordered a lot of things from Temu, and for the most part products are generally decent for the price. But when something goes wrong, it's incredibly frustrating to deal with their support.Most recently, I ordered three patio sets on July 2, 2025. Two arrived on time, but the third didnt even get processed until a few weeks later and was way delayed. When it finally shipped, I received the wrong item.I contacted support and asked for a replacement. After a lot of back-and-forth, including escalations, I was eventually told that a reshipment wasnt an option. The only thing they could do was refund me after I returned the wrong item. I immediately asked them to send me a return label, which they did, and I shipped it back the next day.After that, I didnt hear anything in between except an automated message saying the return was on the way. Then on July 26, I got a message saying the ticket was closed even though I hadnt received a refund.I reached out again to ask why it was closed. Support told me it was because they had received the return, but the item was still being inspected. That didnt make sense to me. I asked them to reopen the ticket as the issue is not resolved. They said they couldnt. I asked if they could just issue the refund to reflect the the ticket closure as resolved and was told to wait a few more days. Mind you per this communication it sounds like the refund is based on their inspection. Inspection of their wrong doing which does not sound appealing to a consumer when in fact they sent the wrong ******* that point, I gave up and disputed the charge through my credit card.Bottom line: Temu might be okay if everything goes smoothly. But if you run into an issue, expect long delays, confusing communication, and little accountability. I cant recommend them. Its just not worth the stress!!

      They are very sneaky when they say claim free gifts. They charge you for them anyways. Like using the spin circle to get free gifts but there is always a charge plus on them. They are the most confusing website I have ever been on.

      I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an order I placed on your platform with the expected delivery window of July 120, 2025. As per your stated policy, a $1 compensation was promised if the order was delivered after the said date. I received my package on July 21, which makes me eligible for the compensation.Despite reaching out to your agents multiple times before and after receiving the parcel, I have not received the promised $1. Even more concerning, your system appears to have edited or removed the previous chat history that clearly mentioned this compensation policy. This is highly unethical.Worse, I was asked to provide proof for something that was originally confirmed by your own agents, and deleted by your system. My support tickets were closed twice without resolution, causing unnecessary frustration and wasted time.This is a clear case of: Failure to honor stated compensation terms Deletion/editing of customer chat records False blame toward the customer I am not just asking for the $1 anymore. Due to this unacceptable treatment and unethical conduct, I am requesting a penalty compensation of either: $100 credit, or A 90% discount on my next order If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will not hesitate to escalate this matter publicly via consumer protection channels and review platforms.Looking forward to a fair and immediate resolution.

      Purchased a solar umbrella. The lights do not work. Upon contacting the company they asked I provide photos. I provided documentation and photos to verify my claim at that time. Four weeks later all the emails I get say please provide photos, with no further solution. They offered a partial refund and tried to claim that I accepted said refund. Refused to replace or give full refund. Temu refuses to provide the vendor name and contact information, as well as theirs, for me to use to file a police *********** step is my attorney. $40 or $400, this is not good business practice, and I will not accept this.
