1 starI am filing a complaint regarding Temus handling of my return.I purchased two chairs using Temu credit and returned both in good condition one chair box was never even opened and was packed securely.Temu refunded me for only one chair and denied the refund for the second chair, claiming it was damaged. I attached photos showing the chair was in good condition when I returned it. Temus response was that the seller is a small company and cannot afford to lose money.Why should this be my problem? I am not responsible for shipping damage and I work hard for my money .It is illegal and unfair to keep both my chair and my payment when I followed all return rules.I request BBB assistance to have Temu either refund me in full for the second chair or return it to me immediately.Temu.com

I tried to work it out yall chose to pose a scam and I took screenshots to prove it even sent everything to ****** ***** and then after showing you proof that I sent the email because yall still wanted to s**** me over did you finally get scared and issue me the refund for the full amount. I spent $25 on a twin sheet for my sons birthday was only offered $4.80 partial refund then saying that the listing was altered to $16.81 and then yall try to say that thats all I paid once I submitted screenshot of my receipt you still forced the $4.80 with no Care after I took it upon myself to show my *** by emailing the president of the ************* about it to open an investigation and halt all sales to ******* once the refund was finally initiated for the full amount. I go back on there and to my surprise, the listing changes back to $25 the original price I paid so dont even come on here telling me that you take **** very seriously the only time you took it seriously was when you realized youre back in the corner and have ****** ***** nipping at your heels screenshots would have been uploaded on here, but unfortunately, they dont give you that option but theyre on another Temu review site and on ******** feel free to check them outReview fromNatalya G

1 starI purchased a bunch of items from their website but found that they have a lot of quality issues with a lot of the products and had to return a lot. My wife is going through cancer treatment recovery so we threw away our old couches because and decided to buy a new couch from Temu for us to replace our old dirty couches.But now Temu completely blocked me from purchasing anything with the same generic reply that verification was required but I have been very active with trying to verify my account so I can purchase more items from them. I have also been using my mine and even my wifes card which we own and they still give the same generic reply without genuinely trying to solve our issue.Since our couches are gone my wife cant rest properly in the living area during the day for her cancer treatment recovery and has to stay in our bedroom. Its honestly quite frustrating and they have really made life harder for us with their robotic responses and careless attitude. If it was the issue of having to return questionable quality products then I am spending it back in their company out of good faith, Im even trying to spend more than what I returned. but they wont allow me purchase anything. Especially that the couch we need is a medical necessity for my wife.Temu.com

1 starZero stars. Today was the first and last time I shopped at TEMU. They were offering 3 items for a ***** each for first time customers. Once I selected my 3 products ****************** informed me I had to order products (of which they controlled what I could order). I stopped at $35.00 as I already had $150.00 of merchandise that I wanted in my cart...they still wanted more. So they got my $35.00 and I will never see those 3 ***** gifts. Those 3 items disappeared. All I can say is this company is deceptive. They don't deserve my business or anyone else.Temu.com

1 starThis app is very deceptive. They make you play a game which will show you 3 free gifts and ask to purchase something extra. Once you pay for what you bought extra the other 3 gifts are no where to be seen. Those free gifts go away and you will end up with something you didnt need. Stay away from this site.
