      I ordered some items from Temu.com. I didnt like the price changes they charged when my total came up. They added more than what I had ordered, so I cancelled all of it. It came to $79.12 and Temu said they refunded everything and it was refunded to my bank. But my bank never got my refund. Temu customer service kept giving me the run around. They kept telling me it went to my bank.They have cheated me out of my refund and I wont order from them anymore.

      **************** regularly abused callers. They only answer in ROBO pre- written messages. If you ask for a supervisor, no matter how much you ask, they will refuse to transfer you to a supervisor. They will generate trouble making tickets that prolong returning merchandise and refunds. They will apply your credits to purchases even when you make it clear upon check out that you do not want your credits used. Remember, that is your money and not theirs. It is theft. The only way to speak to a supervisor is to request for a customer service agent to call you back. Once they call you back you have to demand a supervisor. You have to demand to remain on hold until a supervisor picks up the call and even then, they aren't much help. When you ask for the supervisor's manager or will take over 24 hours to get one to call your back, usually. You can submit proof of shady business practices but it still will not guarantee your refund. They know they're crooked and do not even try to hide it. Regular customer service agents will tell you they are a supervisor or escalation specialist. They are not.

      Ordered a bike rake. Had issue with clamps holding the bike in place. Contacted the seller through TEMU chat system. Seller agreed to compensate me as he did not have the parts in stock and I would have to fix it myself. By the time we got to agreement on a price the 90 day window expired. Seller agreed to compensate me but I hand to get an extension from TEMU. TEMU would not extend the refund period. Terrible customer service. Great prices as long as you don't have a problem. You get what you pay for

      Temu is a scam with atrocious customer service. Placed 2 orders. Noticed that one of them was scheduled to go to the wrong address. Changed the address and notified Temu. Received no response until the day after the order shipped last week. Spoke to 4 customer service reps. **** one told me that my only option was to refuse the package! How can I refuse a package that is going to the wrong address???? No response. I am thoroughly disgusted by this company and will never order again! ***** will be getting my business from here on out!

      I have shopped with them for about 3 years. Recently, they stopped refunds. The shipping is dreadfully slow. The suppliers could care less about you receiving your order. I will not be ordering from them for a good while. Just lousy!

      I love Temu prices. That said, I tried to get in on the $150 give away. I bought products totaling the amount I needed only to find I didnt receive it. I thought, okay, maybe I goofed up. Then they said I was only $'s away to get $100. So, I bought $6 more, which was the amount I supposedly needed. Then they said $7 more, then $9 more until I reached the $100 ***** Well, guess what? I didnt receive that either. What a ****!

      I have made numerous orders on Temu without any trouble. A lot of them were shockingly good price to value, like a snazzy gym bag that would've cost me $57 on *******. Temu price before coupons? $14 Several electronics products were defective but the return process was pretty smooth and Temu support was helpful.I'm surprised so many people say they had bad experiences or if Temu's just gotten a lot better.

      Stay away from TEMU. Recently got a 5.00 credit for late delivery. Used credit as part of payment on a new order, TEMU split into three orders. Had to return a portion of the order and TEMU conveniently cannot explain if the credit was part of the refund or not. So, so unprofessional I will no longer be a TEMU customer- they are not transparent or trustworthy

      I recently placed two orders and the seller used GOFOEXPRESS for these orders. I live in a large apartment complex and unable to locate my package because the same delivery drive delivered the two packages to the wrong apartment. The delivery driver took pictures but does not show the apartment number so I have no clue where they dropped the package. Temu will not refund my money and simply respond back to my complaint that the package shows delivered and no refund will be issued. I explained to them that the package was delivered but to the wrong apartment. I also showed them a picture of a successful delivery from Temu with my front door E2. I would like my refund

      The response from Temu is the common response I have been getting back from them after opening numerous customer service support tickets to resolve the issue. Hence, the last ticket open with still no resolve is Ticket ID: **SSN******** And still no refund given.
