      in buying a Ruko U11 MINI 4K Drone Pic, drone for beginners (I buy these for children) I purchased this at least 9 TIMES, and they canceled the order the following day...yes, for all 9 TIMES I ordered. This is a bait and switch. You buy it, and then they hold your money (Hundreds) for weeks to obtain money in interest in their account. And then they are sorry, and U have to order it again. There's something wrong here!!! Then they send U discounts and when U use them, they cancel the drone order, A G A ****** want this drone, nice for the kids, easy to fly, and all! They say, 'Okay, I order,' but they cancel over and over again. PHEW!!!

      I am filing a complaint regarding Temus handling of my return.I purchased two chairs using Temu credit and returned both in good condition one chair box was never even opened and was packed securely.Temu refunded me for only one chair and denied the refund for the second chair, claiming it was damaged. I attached photos showing the chair was in good condition when I returned it. Temus response was that the seller is a small company and cannot afford to lose money.Why should this be my problem? I am not responsible for shipping damage and I work hard for my money .It is illegal and unfair to keep both my chair and my payment when I followed all return rules.I request BBB assistance to have Temu either refund me in full for the second chair or return it to me immediately.

      My issue is still not resolved. Temu only refunded me for one chair, even though I returned both properly and provided clear photo evidence. One of the chairs was never even opened, yet they still refused to refund me. The photos from the seller do not clearly prove any wear, and any visible damage was clearly caused during shipping which is not the customers responsibility under *********************** own *********** is both unfair and unlawful to keep my money and the returned chair. As a U.S. customer, I am protected under consumer rights, and I will escalate this matter not only with the BBB but also with the ************************ if Temu does not resolve this properly.I am once again requesting a full refund for both chairs or the immediate return of my items.

      I bought two items on Temu, via credit, but they refuse to give me a refund, despite their rules, which say that a refund can be given, without need for return. They aren't living up to that so-called rule. Besides, both products have missing items! This purchase was made a few days ago.

      The promotions are a scam. They will say you will be reimbursed for purchases however you have to spend more money and the offers have many stipulations before any reimbursement which may just be coupons not any true money back. **************** is almost useless.

      I tried to work it out yall chose to pose a scam and I took screenshots to prove it even sent everything to ****** ***** and then after showing you proof that I sent the email because yall still wanted to s**** me over did you finally get scared and issue me the refund for the full amount. I spent $25 on a twin sheet for my sons birthday was only offered $4.80 partial refund then saying that the listing was altered to $16.81 and then yall try to say that thats all I paid once I submitted screenshot of my receipt you still forced the $4.80 with no Care after I took it upon myself to show my *** by emailing the president of the ************* about it to open an investigation and halt all sales to ******* once the refund was finally initiated for the full amount. I go back on there and to my surprise, the listing changes back to $25 the original price I paid so dont even come on here telling me that you take **** very seriously the only time you took it seriously was when you realized youre back in the corner and have ****** ***** nipping at your heels screenshots would have been uploaded on here, but unfortunately, they dont give you that option but theyre on another Temu review site and on ******** feel free to check them out
