      They had promotional that if you bought 2 item you could pick out some free items well I was crazy enough to trust them. I got the item I paid for but never got any of the free ones,they are a scam and that's exactly why I will never order from them ever again. I'm giving them one star only so I can post this.

      Temu really *****. They totally lie about the promotions and about the money back. And constantly want you to buy new things saying youll get reimbursed which you never do. Honestly, the whole thing seems like a scam to get you to buy more and more and more. Im done with them.

      Order pre order item takes 11 to 12 days I ordered it on September 6th it still has not shipped and this was for my birthday they should have been shipped already in today's September 17th worst company ever

      I placed an order with temu on September 9 after the process I looked at the order and I saw that they had infused the order I had placed previously I texted them and was told the order had shipped. I received the order today and I contacted them for a refund and address to return the items, I was told that I could keep the items and they would give me a credit, I explained to them I didnt need the items as I already have them. I asked for a phone call, which I have not received. They assured me that I would be credited for the items that they sent erroneously however they would not refund my money.

      The company Temu is allowing an "unofficial" partner to run a scam. When you go to the website a message pops up telling you that you have won a smartwatch, just participate in the rewards survey and pay for shipping ****. They never give you the cost of shipping and it turns out the company is called ******************* and it is a meal service program and they charge *****. Temu denies their partnership with the company and labels them "unofficial".

      Temu processed a refund for me and turned around and immediately withdrew almost the entire amount back out. I dont even know how that is possible but customer service has been ignoring me for 3 days and they are refusing to give my money back. Temu has a whole category of customer service dealing with bank skimming and then try to tell me it doesnt happen. ******* coming. Fraudulent.

      I placed sooo many orders and got up to $100 cash out to Temu credit or ****** credit. It said Withdrawal guaranteed with only 1 order I have the screenshot I placed an order it said depositing $100 and never gave me the credit

      Very shady, deceptive business practices including offering free merchandise or credits that they never apply or you don't receive. Products I've ordered are pretty decent overall, but it's just the ***** deceit, spinning virtual game wheels to entice you to buy more stuff. Don't appreciate the shenanigans and b.s.. Also ship time is long. Be very careful. Yes, some bargains can be had, but navigate annd ignore the free offers, credits, etc.

      Their games their promotion and their events are not but a scheme a scam and they want a fraud even with free credits free items are either by a ***** item and then when you make purchases they switch up on their obligations and the deals and then they try playing you like a broken record the concealed their main purpose of how and scheme of what they've been performing as a business
