1 starVery shady business practices. Bait and switch on prices. They add merchandise to your cart and if your not looking closely you probably wouldn't notice. They refused to give me a refund on my order. I received the wrong order , I even took pictures of what I received and they said the order was delivered with the correct merchandise. 1 starI purchased a bunch of items from their website but found that they have a lot of quality issues with a lot of the products and had to return a lot. My wife is going through cancer treatment recovery so we threw away our old couches because and decided to buy a new couch from Temu for us to replace our old dirty couches.But now Temu completely blocked me from purchasing anything with the same generic reply that verification was required but I have been very active with trying to verify my account so I can purchase more items from them. I have also been using my mine and even my wifes card which we own and they still give the same generic reply without genuinely trying to solve our issue.Since our couches are gone my wife cant rest properly in the living area during the day for her cancer treatment recovery and has to stay in our bedroom. Its honestly quite frustrating and they have really made life harder for us with their robotic responses and careless attitude. If it was the issue of having to return questionable quality products then I am spending it back in their company out of good faith, Im even trying to spend more than what I returned. but they wont allow me purchase anything. Especially that the couch we need is a medical necessity for my wife.Temu.com

They have blocked my account and withhold over $850 of my non-expiring credits without any valid explanation, preventing me from completing any purchase.2. 1 starZero stars. Today was the first and last time I shopped at TEMU. They were offering 3 items for a ***** each for first time customers. Once I selected my 3 products ****************** informed me I had to order products (of which they controlled what I could order). I stopped at $35.00 as I already had $150.00 of merchandise that I wanted in my cart...they still wanted more. So they got my $35.00 and I will never see those 3 ***** gifts. Those 3 items disappeared. All I can say is this company is deceptive. They don't deserve my business or anyone else.Temu.com

1 starThis app is very deceptive. They make you play a game which will show you 3 free gifts and ask to purchase something extra. Once you pay for what you bought extra the other 3 gifts are no where to be seen. Those free gifts go away and you will end up with something you didnt need. Stay away from this site. 1 starI was browsing on Temu. However, I did not order anything. About a day later I noticed a charge for $******, that was charged to my Cashapp account. I tried notifying Temu to no avail. I notified them that I never placed an order, never chose sizes or anything of the sort. I also, notified Cashapp pleading my cash and the said they would investigate. Their investigation led to a decision that I ordered these items. I received these items in a matter of 4-5 days. I promise you, I did not place an order. I have ordered many times from Temu. Why would I create an order and not claim it. From what I can determine, I would not order the garbage they chose to send me. I plan to accumulate all the orders and contact them to be returned. The orders have been arriving in parts. Be very careful this is robbery. Since then I have blocked Temu and also replaced my Method of payment. For which I had no clue they had. Another, add in point. With all your orders, do not leave a method of payment available so that this could happen to you. (****** merchandise that I did not order).Temu.com

1 starIt was a first order. I was lured in by all the "free gifts" to trying them out. Of course I "won" top amounts and had to order within a specific window of time. I received only the paid for items and none of the free gifts. You definitely feel cheated and I won't order again. We have plenty of lower quality options locally instead of bothering with overseas wording.Temu.com

1 starThis is a business that should shut down. They do not conform to standard business practice in the **. I put some items in my basket but did not proceed to sale. Suddenly I got a message that I had made a successful purchse and that my card was charged ! I was shocked but managed to cancel 4 of the 5 items. The fifth item was not cancellable. The item arrived before I could challenge the purchase. Nonetheless the item that arrived was not what was described. So, I tried to return and it was called 'non-returnable' I tried to get a refund and that was not possible. So I started to get chat help and the agent started mocking me and humiliating me and just did not address the problem and just closed the chat whaen I asked for a supervisor. This happened twice. I contacted by email and no response. I put an online review and within minutes they asked me to contact them to sort this out. when I contacted them they did the same thing again. ***** them. I tried to resolve with Temu, but that was a fail after more than 2 1/2 hours of fighting with them. 1 starI purchased a sofa sectional on Temu as I am an interior designer. It said 2 to 4 days local business. I havent heard nothing within the first seven days no updates nothing I finally receive one package almost 2 weeks later. It is the wrong sofa. Its not even what I ordered. I contacted Temu and they told me to return the sectional sofa and the merchant closed their business. Temu left me with a $400 loss at this point a sofa that I cant even use it doesnt even fit in my house. Its not my order at all and they refuse to help me in anyway they keep sending letters Saying the same thing the look into it. Its been two weeks. I have no resolve do not purchase anything from Temu they dont care about their customers they take your money and they want you to return a sectional sofa. That is their mistake. They want the customer to fix their mistakes. I will be taking this further if I do not receive my $400 refund.Temu.com
