      Ordered a press and after taking my money,they said it was no longer available,but on the site it was still available, tried a second time and ordered a scope that never was shipped ,said the label had been processed and is awaiting pickup from ****, never happened I did get full refunds but only after complaining. Save your money

      I have spent a lot of money at Temu and considered myself a valued customer until I made one order of a solar fountain pump from Ooh Peripheral c/o Temu upon not receiving the order but an item I did not order a tungsten lamp I contacted them to alert them of the issue and request a refund but they refused because they had pictures of delivery which was thrown unsafely in my yard and claimed that the pkg.which marked 202 was the order but the pkg. which was marked 202 was a pair of shoes I ordered. After explaining them about the other pkg. the tungsten lamp which I did not order nor can be found in my order history they refused to refund original item of the solar pump.I did'nt pay a lot of money for the item but the credit I had was used toward its purchase and if one is deceptive about the small things what becomes of the larger...

      Since June 22, 2025, I have been calling Temu every single day regarding a defective electric bike I purchased. From the moment it arrived, the bike was unusable, and it was obvious it had been shipped in faulty condition. Instead of honoring their responsibility to provide a working product or issue a refund, I have been subjected to an exhausting and frustrating ordeal. I have spent an average of four hours a day on hold with Temus customer service, day after day, with no resolution. Multiple supervisors have acknowledged that the bike was defective and even admitted that returning it would cost a fortune. They specifically told me not to worry about sending it back and assured me a reshipment would be sent out. Despite those assurances, no replacement bike has arrived, and I have received nothing but delays, excuses, and empty promises.Temus refusal to honor their own stated policies is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate scheme to wear customers down until they give up. I have suffered extreme inconvenience, wasted countless hours of my time, and endured unnecessary stress over a matter that should have been resolved quickly and fairly. The seller knowingly shipped a defective product, and Temus so-called guarantees are worthless when they fail to follow through. This experience has destroyed any trust I had in their company. I will be reporting Temus actions to consumer protection agencies, filing formal complaints, and sharing my experience publicly so other customers know how they operate. The way I have been treated is not only unethical, it borders on outright theft, and I will not stop until I receive the full resolution I was promised.

      I am filing this complaint regarding a bike I purchased through Temu. The entire experience has been misleading, frustrating, and costly.I paid for what was advertised and sold to me as a brand new, fully working bike. However, immediately upon receiving it, the bike did not function at all. This was not a minor issueit was completely defective from the very beginning. To make matters worse, Temu has withheld $1,000 of my money and has refused to issue a refund despite the fact that the product was defective on arrival.When I contacted Temu about the issue, instead of resolving the matter appropriately, I was told to purchase parts myself and was promised reimbursement afterward. This is unacceptablecustomers should not be forced to spend more money and time repairing a brand new product that was supposed to work from day one. I paid for a working bike, not a broken project.For the past three months, I have been calling Temu consistently to try to resolve this issue. Instead of taking accountability, they continue to deny my return request, delay the process, and make me wait endlessly. In addition, I have experienced harassment and stonewalling during these interactions. My time has been wasted, my money has been tied up, and I have been left with a defective bike that never worked.This is clearly a case of selling defective goods, misrepresenting the condition of the item, withholding refunds, and engaging in unfair business practices. I feel scammed and taken advantage of, and I believe Temu is deliberately stalling to avoid resolving this matter.I am requesting immediate intervention from the BBB to hold Temu accountable for their actions. At a minimum, I demand a full refund of the $1,000 that was wrongfully kept, along with acknowledgment of the deceptive practices I have been subjected to. No customer should have to endure this level of dishonesty and neglect after making a purchase.

      They advertised furniture as wood there was no wood just cheap fiber board ! Missing components ! Then they want you to pack this s*** back up and hoof it to fed ex . They exploit the elderly. No respect for your time!get item mixed up when talking to customer service which is a robot

      If you had a Zero, I would have chosen it. Temu is deceptive at BEST and a Complete Scam at worst.This is not my first Rodeo and am very cautious to read fine print clearly. And while they did not take me for a lot they TOOK a lot of my time and THAT is of precious value to me.The Free is not Free. After choosing 4 or 5 free I was told I had to buy $70. Not happy about thatI found some things I liked and placed order. Went to view my Free to be sure it too was being sentand was told I could PIC ONE of the 5 items (4 free plus a bonus). But that you only get 1 per day PLUS SHIPPING..I promptly got on their chat to resolve and received AI who looked up my account and said they found no promotions.WELL.i explained I would share my experience and received crickets. No reply.SO.after WASTING AN hOUR plus on the appNo, you can keep your ONE $5 freeby that I had to pay $4 delivery plus tax. My **** is feeling the pain for the first time you screwed me.ill not be back 4 more days to enjoy more deception. .

      I was misled into spending over $78 trying to reach the "$50 Temu credit" promotion without being told how much I had to spend. I refunded almost all my orders, selected "refund to original payment method," and removed my debit card due to security ************ Im being told some orders are shipping anyway even though I canceled them and want my money back. I do NOT want any of the items shippedI want all the money refunded, not store credit.Please help me cancel these shipments and confirm when Ill receive all my money back to my card.I an order under the impression I would receive a $50 credit based on a Temu promotion. However, this offer was misleading and not honored. I immediately attempted to cancel the order, but your system did not allow me to stop the shipment in time.I clearly don't want those acquired items, and they were being shipped to me against my wishes. This situation feels deceptive and dishonest. I have requested a full refund and only got Temu credit as it was short and quick as my original payment method would take a long process up to several days. I only did this to have extra credit so I can use it for my next purchases when it doesnt change the fact that I should I have recieved $50 credit for items I wanted from my cart than the items I did not want. There's no return shipping label the items that was already shipped, unfortunately Temu doesn't accept any returned items as they made me keep the items in a conniving and cunning way because they thought I would use my items that I clearly didn't expect to come. I tried to cancel the items on time from being shipped and it didn't work. To everyone out there I advise against using Temu's 50-100$ credit scheme, you will end up spending nearly 100 dollars or more on items you detest to beat the timer when its better and more efficient to buy the good items directly from your carts that could be sold out anytime than be compelled to waste money on a false promise unfulfilled.

      Temu is quick to immediately charge you for your order as soon as you hit the **** button to confirm what you are ordering. If you cancel within seconds, it's already too late. Refunds are ridiculously slow. Very shady operation.

      Temu is a ******** online shopping company who do not give a dam about the customers. They will not make the matter better or correct the matter in a professional manner. I bought a ***** through them and had problems with back rim and tire, reported it to them they sent wrong part with no back brakes and no chain access. This problem started like 30 days after I purchased the bike but they let the problem linger long enough to say that it's been past the 90 day warranty, you know they way of trying to get out of fixing the problem
