The only reason the review is 1 star is because I could not give it a zero or negative stars. Zielger Alfa Romeo sold me a 5-year protection plan to cover my car's rims, tires, windshield and paint chips for which I paid $2,100 (I purchased car in August of 2020). After they fixed scuffs on my rims twice for a total of $800, the next time I tried to use the coverage, I was told that I had reached the limit for that particular service... I was never told there were specific limits on each of the coverages. I requested a copy of the policy which was never given to me with my new car paperwork (I've been asking for this for over a year, but still have not received it).In December of 2023, a small rock hit my windshield and caused a small crack; since this policy covered the windshield, I called Zielger to get it fixed... they have been giving me the run around ever since. First, they suggested I go through my car insurance. I said I wanted them to cover it since it was included in the protection plan they sold me. Next they told me my policy was for 36 months and had expired. I sent them proof that my coverage was for 60 months. They then said they would cover it if the crack was less than 6 inches which I said it was. Next they said they only covered it if when placing a quarter on the crack, nothing showed outside the quarter. This has now gone on for over a month and they are completing ignoring me.
