    there are three main items.1. vehicle sold to me with a Lojack system that I did not ask for and refused. the cost was added to my bill as the sales person stated it was too late and the tracker was added. i asked for it to be removed and the sales person refused only to state that he already paid his guys to install and would not pay them again to remove. these are malicious sales tactics from the sales team knowing that we were interested in the vehicle. I did not want this option and was made to pay 995 dollars for something I did not ask for.2. Vehicle sold with no way to remove tires. The wheels have locks on them and I was not given the key to unlock them. The sales person stated they can mail me the key. I have yet to receive the key.3. Vehicle would not start after third day of ownership, after several attempts it sputtered, but eventually started running. A week or so later it did the same thing and after having the care jumped it eventually started. it has been 3 weeks now and the car will no longer run. I have contacted the dealership numerous times with no response to voicemail. After spending 19K on a vehicle it is unacceptable that it requires a tow and unknown service.

    My husband test drove a vehicle...was pre-approval by his bank etc. We do not live in Orland Park. He made an offer. They accept. He had a signed sales agreement, but they wouldn't hold the vehicle. So the next day, my husband got the loan and the bank overnighted the check. Next day, he gets a text that this vehicle had sold. As I went out online to find another similar vehicle later that night...that vehicle was still listed on their website. I contacted them and they called me back within 30 minutes. The salesman said he checked and that vehicle was still available. I asked him to double check. He did. He said it was still available and wanted to set up a time for me to test drive it. I got off the phone and told my husband. He called this dealership back first thing he asked is if this vehicle was still available. The salesperson said yes immediately. So then he asked for the sales manager. It took them over 10 minutes to get him on the phone. My husband explained how he'd sent payment and had a sales agreement and the ** said the salesman I spoke to was new and he didn't know it had sold. I guess the other salesman that answered the phone when my husband called was new also because he also said it was still available.They didn't want to sell the vehicle for the price my husband offered...had a sales agreement for..etc.
