I went to **** north river side to buy a 2014 mustang GT with 53k miles, *** car was fine on the outside but i was a little iffy about no second key, *** sales guy then promises me a second key for their price. We proceed with the sale and I get a 2 year warranty on the car with sale, As soon as i signed my name on the dotted line they stopped caring about me whatsoever, *** literal first day of ownership my "engine oil level low" light comes on and i'm told "we'll do a free oil change next time." So i then proceed to ask about when i can come pay for this key and get this light looked at and im ghosted. No more answers EVER from salesmen, Now none of that is even the reason I am writing this complaint sadly, **** north riverside sold me a car that cannot pass emissions. I have not modified the exhaust and have videos to PROVE it sounds the exact same as day one. According to ******** state law a licensed dealer cannot sell a new or used car that does not pass emissions. **** north riverside fudged the report to give me a sticker and plates and get me out of there knowing their car still had issues to fix. I've also tried to get this resolved under warranty but the used car manager "its because of the tune" & won't help, WHEN THERE WAS NO DISCLOSURE IT WAS TUNED WHEN SOLD TO ME!!!!!
