      I am really upset with Groupon. I feel as though their customers experience doesnt matter, and that they hide behind a policy to steal peoples money and claim they cant make exceptions when unexpected things happen that are out of the customers control. I brought an experience through Groupon and booked the day to do it. I was informed by the company that spots fill fast and that I will lose the day if I didnt book soon. The day before I my experience happened they told me that they were going to take me and my friend out because they didnt have enough people to go for the event. I planned the whole weekend for my birthday and was spending a lot of money to just this one thing. They said there was nothing they could do. I couldnt book for another day do to work and not having time or days, and I now live in ********* and I have already spent so much money to go out there the weekend I planned to go. I wrote Groupon and they refuse to provide me a refund even though the company ************ refuse to take me out the day I booked for. Groupon is saying that they have a policy to get a refund you have to request it in three days. The things is the company never told me the day they booked that they didnt have enough people; and I booked a week in advance because they told me that spots fill up fast, and Ill lose out on the day if I wait. When I booked they didnt inform me of the lack of people and allowed me to miss out of being able to get my refund. I paid for a service I wasnt able to get and Groupon is not willing to assist in rectifying the issue. I would love to report them for fraud because at this point thats what I feel happened.

      Their customer service is terrible i made a purchase two nights ago their system went down and it failed after they took my funds from my account the price went up on the purchase yesterday and today the supervisor took all day yesterday to get back to me she was supposed to honor the price and never replied back when i sent my card info over im just getting a response and hour ago and now she telling me she cant honor the price because the price went up and she just stop replying now im stuck and its my daughter birthday weekend and they were looking forward to having fun this weekend

      I purchased tickets for paint nite for a birthday weekend for my boyfriend in which paint nite cancelled the day before the event because we were the only ones that bought tickets. I reached out to paint nite after research to see if I could use them in my home town. Paint nite does not have any events in my city so i asked for a refund from paint nite. Because i purchased the event through groupon paint **** replied saying that I have to request the refund from groupon. I immediately sent am email through the app. it has taken them days to reply to me in instances and now are telling me that they can not refund me my money because it is outside of the time frame they allow :( I have been patient and maybe if they allow calls to customer service things can occur quicker in helping people. I just want my money back

      I bought a voucher for a bowling alley costing me $160.00 to use the same day. Unknowingly entered the wrong email address, .coN instead of .coM. When the voucher didn't show up in my .com email account figured it never went through. So, I bought a second time thinking if both charges came through, I could just dispute with my credit card company. Got the email address correct the second time and used the second voucher. When both charges hit my credit card I disputed the charge. Groupon sent 8 pages of evidence forwarded by credit card company of how I made both charges, but entered the incorrect email address. Then contacted Groupon customer service, who said I was past the 3 day refund period, but that they would credit my account for a future purchase. I accepted this as fair and closed the dispute with the credit card company. After waiting several days the credit from Groupon never showed up. When I contacted them several more times was told that per their policy they can only credit the .coN account and not my correct email address. They even know it is not a valid email account and will never be redeemed.

      I am not receiving a refund for a purchase I made that the Groupon coupon I bought does not work. I have been in contact with them and was told I had three days from purchase to receive refund. I bought the coupons in August and was not using them until October, had no idea that they were faulty until now.

      I would like to issue a complaint against Groupon because they sold me a service that did not exist, and now they are refusing to refund me my money but will only issue me their in-store creditGroupon Bucks. In other words, they are choosing to keep my money, even though the mistake was there's.On 8/29/23 I purchased a kayak rental for Friday, 9/1/23 at 10am for $76. I went to the rental location on that date and no one from the kayak company showed up nor would they answer my phone calls. On 9/1/23 I wrote to the vendor and Groupon and stated that I would like a refund as I did not receive the purchased service. The vendor refunded my full payment to Groupon on 9/2/23 stating that Groupon is not supposed to have Bridgeport reservations on Fridays. Groupon however, first told me they could not contact the vendor and then that they could not refund me my money through my original payment because I had not canceled the purchase in 3 business days. After multiple back and forth emails with Groupon , they dropped the email link, so I had to start a new complaint. After ************************************** my money, but instead want to give me Groupon Bucks, or in-store credit. I believe I should be refunded the $76 to my credit card because 1) Groupon sold a service that did not exist; 2) Groupon falsely advertised that the service existed on the date that I purchased it; and, 3) per Groupons policy I notified them in 3 business days that I wanted a refund, even though the underlying premise of that policy is that I changed my mind, i.e., that I chose to cancel, but I did not cancel, they canceled on me.The vendor already returned the money to them, so I do not understand why they will not return my money to me. Either Groupon made a mistake by listing this rental as available, or they were deceptive in the sale of this rental. In either case, the failure was on their end and not on mine, so I should get my money back.

      I bought a Groupon for discounted car washes at Circle K. I went to the car wash twice (not located close - so time and gas used) and was told twice they didn't accept it. I tried to get a refund from Groupon, and they gave me the run around for about a month, before asking me to go back and try again. NO! I'm not going back a third time! I want my original amount refunded, plus some type of compensation for the time and effort I put into this.

      Very Disappointed in the Groupon deal I bought. Couldnt use and tried to get a refund from Groupon lead into over a week of back and forth emails with no resolution. $60 out the window.

      Bought ********* OS for Mac. Groupon sent me the code for the Windows and it is not working on my Mac computer Mac OS. Groupon (*******************************************) said " I looked into this deal's terms, and the Fine Print indicates that it's Final Sale. I'm afraid a refund isn't possible despite the circumstances." It is fraud business practice.

      I ordered a Groupon on the 4 th of September by September 19 had heard nothing from the affiliated company. I began making a complaint with Groupon. I have since filed 9 complaints and have received to recourses. I only wanted my ***** back. I have followed through and add nd jumping through every hoop. Yet have been put through so much just to have it all happen again the next day. I am so upset. What can I do?
