      Tried to use my Groupon in ****** for a tour purchased but due to my health. the merchant was unable to let me go through with this tour. Came home after vacation, tried to contact Groupon but no phone number, no live agent to chat with, no way to send an email. The only way is through the ** chat bot which keeps repeating same thing. Sorry, no refunds. You can gift to someone. This is unacceptable.

      Groupon is selling you vouchers for business that are out of business.. in which you cant use since its close and the worse part is that Groupon aint giving your money back .. completely stealing customers money !!!! Please help !

      On September 19, 2025, I purchased 4 units of ***** for $360.00 (discounted from $400). I scheduled the service and brought the voucher to her office, the skincare owner said she needed bar code and refused for validating the purchase. I would like a refund. But the phone numbers listed in the BBB or any other places are wrong numbers.

      Being a groupon user since 2014, I was excited when My partner bought me a massage for my birthday. When I tried to book, the phone number was out of service and the merchant could not be contacted through the groupon website. It turns out my birthday gift this year was a complete scam, and it has resulted in only labour for me trying to get in contact with someone who will acknowledge the situation and provide a refund. After three weeks I am giving up and going through my bank. The only option on the Groupon website for contact: the ai chat and there is a message repeated often that escalation is not possible. The chat said that nothing could be done. And there is no phone number or email address to use. Through this chat, I recieved two different emails from a no-reply address. The first indicating my problem was solved and asking me to leave a review. The second was an email indicating is WAS possible for someone to phone me, but I would have to reply to the email with my phone number (already provided to ai chat several times). There was no way to reply to the email. Through Instagram I was able to talk to.. a smarter chat bot? They decided that refunding me groupon bucks was enough and told me they had a no refund policy. The Instagram staff/ robot eventually began to ignore me, except for deleting any comment I left on a post, and then TAGGING ME IN THEIR NEXT POST ADVERTISING A SPA EXPERIENCE. When I posted a tik tok video complaining about it they said nothing but did have the time to add to their favourites. I am so disappointed. Never again.

      Ive had a horrible experience with the Groupon and their 2 merchants Top Local Maids & also Hiremycleaner. After spending about $100 for a 3 hour cleaning with either of the two, through Groupon, I have been unsuccessful in having a cleaning scheduled. The two cleaning companies have voicemails, but never return the calls. Groupon does not even have a phone number for me to reach them and complain. *** also sent email messages to the merchants as well as Groupon, but have not received a response since several weeks!

      Bought two **************** from Groupon. They don't work. Over two months and my issue has not been resolved. This is a scam. I consider this a lessopn to never buy from them again.... They don't have a customer service number for a reason......

      Their customer service is horrible. I sent a gift Groupon through their gift form-it never was sent-by the time I realized the recipient did not get it, the Groupon expired. I asked for my money back since the issue was on their end and they said nothing they could do. They are rude to deal with.

      Did you know that if you go over 3 days of not using a Groupon for a service that there will be no refunds! My complaint has to do with having no human being to call or email about seeking a non-redeemed Groupon. Theres only a chat bot.I wish nothing but death to corporations who make it impossible to contact them. Never again will I use Groupon for ANYTHING.

      Used Groupons promotion for ******. I was supposed to receive $100 off of my first purchase of $200 on ****** online order. It says I did, but I did not. It says I did the day after I used the promotion, when it specifically said I would not receive the promotion for 2weeks. I feel like this is fraud and should be investigated.
