      I'm done using groupon. Sadly many of the merchants I have bought vouchers for are rude, unavailable (because the vouchers sold online and they won't accept them because the vouchers are too cheap ?!) and also I have bought vouchers and not received the promised incentives with Groupon, who then says my incentive should come from the merchant, but then the merchant claims it comes from groupon - but the real kicker - I can't review the item! They are a bunch of scam artists according to the merchants who have their stuff being sold for rates they didn't agree with or too and also my money is in groupon bucks and they won't give it back. I'm done and I would never recommend anyone use groupon. I'll be uninstalling the app and hopefully I can close my account!

      The voucher I purchased for an evening cruise provided the incorrect address for the cruise departure. Subsequently, I went to the wrong location and was not able to board. I contacted Groupon for a refund and was denied by two different representatives even though they admitted to the discrepancy flaw in the location information. Fraudulent representation of goods and refused to refund me on their mistake.

      I purchased a Groupon for a cold perm with haircut, wash, and blow dry from A2 Hair. Although a reference image was shown for the haircut, the stylist did not follow it and cut my hair based on his own judgment without my consent, removing a significant amount of hair.The cold perm service advertised on Groupon was not provided, and when I raised this concern, I was dismissed and not offered a resolution.I contacted Groupon for assistance, but my complaint was routed through an AI-based resolution process that led nowhere. As a result, I lost money and did not receive the service as advertised.Desired Resolution:I am requesting a full refund for the Groupon purchase due to failure to provide the advertised service and unauthorized haircutting.

      Stay away from Groupon they're deceptive i downloaded a groupon oil change coupon for $59.00 it was payable to valvoline when the oil change was completed my coupon was ignored and I was charged $72.00 what robbery im not rich Groupon is full of sht do not patronize Groupon they are deceptive crooks go elsewhere and do your research

      Groupon stole from me!! We wanted to hire a cleaning lady but its $150-$200. So I found a $23 Groupon which gives you a $129 discount. Bought it, instructions said go to this website site, redeem. The website was down and still is down since I bought this almost a month ago. I tried groupon support and got AI which offered store credit. I refused store credit and kept digging. They said text the vendor. Not f shady at all!! Then they said 3 days has passed - and refunds cannot be made!!! AND ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! Stay away from Groupon. You mothers are about to get sued and every news source you know will run the story. You are nothing more than a scam to steal from consumers and you use deceptive practices. Youre a REMOVEDshould be investigated and shut down immediately.

      Beware of Groupon. I purchased a coupon for Staples holiday cards only to find out it is not a valid Groupon. REMOVEDtold me it was a scam, that they are not accepting Groupons this year. I have tried to work with Groupon for a refund but because I opened the coupon to try to use it, they say I cannot get a refund. They have a website that is for contacting support but after the complaint form is filled out it cannot be sent, and then it disappears. I am out $58 but it could have been worse. Save yourself the loss and don't use them.

      Groupon sent me 3 separate emails advertising a deal for REMOVED. Each time I tried to purchase it, I was told I could not use the coupon and get the price they advertised to me in the email! It was double the price they told me in 3 separate email ads.I had EXTREME difficulty contacting customer service, but finally got to use the online chat. When I chatted with them online and explained the problem, they simply repeatedly told me what I already knew--I could not use the coupon. It didn't matter that they advertised it, they would not stand by their ad.Therefore, I am reporting them for false advertising. I tried for the better part of an hour for them to make good on their advertisement, but they only said sorry andd refused to honor the price they advertised in 3 separate emails.

      A server error occurred while placing an order, causing a duplicate order to be created. I contacted Groupon immediately and was told they couldn't refund the duplicate since it was a "final sale". I spoke with multiple support members and "supervisors" but never got anywhere. I received an email days later asking me to respond if my issue was not resolved but the reply-to and from address were both no-reply. Also, their AI support bot is garbage and the most frustrating chatbot I've ever had to deal with

      I purchased a carwash groupon and it gave me a certain price when I checked out it charged more than it was suppose to I tried using the chat bot on website to dispute and it kept taking me in circles. Not very user friendly because it doesn't intend on giving refunds even when they lie about a price

      I bought a voucher then cancelled it, and they would only give me credit not a refund to my credit card. Trying to talk with someone on line is next to impossible. They are crooks.
