      I have been a loyal Groupon customer for several years, but after my recent experience, I will no longer be using or recommending this company again. I made a genuine mistake on a Getaways booking and realized it the same day, October 13th, shortly after 3 p.m. When I contacted Groupon to explain and request assistance, my refund request was denied without any real **************** an active-duty military service member currently impacted by the federal government shutdown, I only purchased this deal to save money on a preplanned trip. I was originally supposed to pay $130 a day upon arrival for an all-inclusive stay, but with the uncertainty of military pay during the shutdown, I tried to cut costs responsibly. Instead, I ended up losing money for a day I wont even spend at the resort.I completely understand refund policies, but I expected at least some level of empathy or flexibility given the circumstances. Groupons response felt impersonal and dismissive, showing no acknowledgment of what service members are currently facing.This experience has made it clear that Groupon values policy over people. After years of using and recommending this platform to friends, family, and fellow service members, I can no longer do so in good faith. I am deeply disappointed in how this situation was handled and will not be using Groupon again.

      Hi !! I bought a *********** course online on the Groupon App for the School *******************************. When I tried to enter the Groupon on the ****************************** web **** says that the **** did not exist. I tried to contact Groupon, and they told me that they would resolve the problem. For my part, I investigated and the school where they are teaching this *********** Online course is no longer open. It is impossible to contact this *********** school as I have not heard from them ..So far, after two months, Groupon hasn't done anything, and the school hasn't contacted me. Supposedly they said the school was going to try to contact me, I tried to take the course before my Groupon expired but now they're telling me that my Groupon expired. I don't know what they mean by that. I tried to contact the ****************************** before my Groupon expired. Groupon keeps saying that they are working on the case. I also checked, and they're still selling this course as if the school did not exist. I think this is a scam because the school no longer offers those courses, and they're still charging $200 for this course. You can go to their Groupon app **** and enter the school name, and you can see that they're still selling the course, even they now the school is no longer open. ****** Maps says it is temporarily closed. The phone number doesn't exist and AI says this school is closed.

      A business closed so unable to use voucher. After time a new iener opened up. The voucher had expired so I called new business and they will not honor it. Groupon rules are you only get what you paid not extra what was offered. No problem! Contacted Groupon they insist new owner will accept. They won't so I am out of money and they don't care and at least give me credit for a new establishment. I hsve dealt with them for close to a month and get same answer. Consumer Beware!

      Although Ive been a Groupon customer for several years, they recently failed me and I dont think I will ever use them again or recommend them to my friends and family. I purchased a Groupon voucher for $22.50 only to find out the service cost just $10. I paid the $10 cash and requested a refund from Groupon. They refused to process a refund and offered me Groupon Bucks. I told them it might take months before I need another Groupon voucher so please just issue a refund to my credit card. They refused. Groupon sent me emails and even called me on the phone just to say, sorry, youre out of luck. Pretty rotten customer service for a lousy $22.50 purchase.

      I purchased a **** Club Plus Membership and when I tried to access my Groupon account the password wouldnt work, I tried to reset through Groupon and it wouldnt work. You can only submit an email and I submitted over 5 emails and they still didnt help me and then when I tried to cancel the order, I received an email saying I cant get my $70 back because it was over 3 days since purchase, I am livid. Something needs to be done to this company because you cant get any assistance

      I purchased a Groupon voucher and before I can register it and get the product , there was a message on the **** site that told me that there no longer taking anymore customers, I have been trying for months , all I got was a run around but I could never redeem my voucher . So when I finally was able to get them to respond , they refused to give me a refund . My Groupon will be running out soon and I will loose my money ., not fair .

      DO NOT PURCHASE WITH THEM ! Most of these deals are misrepresented in print and when attempting to resolve with customer service you are directed to a call centre in ***** with prescribed responses. When purchasing your item if there is any problem you must have alerted them within 3 DAYS to receive a refund to original form of payment and we are all aware that many times the coupons are purchased for future use. In attempting to resolve a situation today I was falsely advised that a refund had been issued to my cc and I could expect an automated email. None was received and at this point I am contacting my bank. More fraud coming out of the ************************. Not impressed Groupon.

      Groupon is such a disappointment these days. I bought a laser treatment for 6 services and the merchant decided to close after 2 treatments. After rounds of negotiations, Groupon decided to refund me only 50% of what I paid, and only in Groupon credits. I hate to do business with them again, they cannot fill in when their selected merchants cannot do the job. I didn't want the Groupon credits, but that's their "policy" apparently, they don't care for their customers and cannot act as a trusted agent when the merchant fell short.

      Groupon refused to issue a refund when they admitted that the dates I booked were not the dates that I received Poor customer service
