      I Pity anyone who has trouble scheduling and redeeming a voucher if the app is broken for a vendor. you will not be happy.Buyer beware and don't make big purchases where you need to schedule anything.I ordered a massage groupon and was unable to schedule it due to a bug in groupons app on my phone and the site and via my ipad. It was broken on all platforms! I talked to support and they asked for days they could book me for which is laughable since the vender was booked out for weeks. I submitted that information and then never heard back from groupon. Every week I checked on the app. Still no scheduling. no feedback from groupon. no feedback from the vendor. When I talk to support its like talking to a wall and takes forever. Support basically washes there hands and says not my problem. Later on, the groupon is about to expire. I can now book on the app magically (looks like they fixed the bug) but the vendor has no open days. No surprise there. I ask for a refund and got no response from Groupon. 2 months later (today) and asked for a refund. After talking to a manager I finally got credit to use in the groupon app but I could not get a cash refund for this piece of **** broken groupon scheduling service failure that happened before it expired, around 45 days before! You could end up with store credit if you're persistent but you'll never see a ***** back. Yeah, not happy.

      I bought two water circus tickets in this groupon website. When i trying to input the code its say code it was not valid at all.when I spoke to The merchant told me they were sold out. So The the Money that i paid from Groupon is gone..I called Groupon customer service i contacted them through email only. They said they cant give me a refund or credits because are sales are final! Dont even bother to buy to this Website Groupon!

      Purchased a ATV trip through Groupon the ad didnt give details like date or time until after the purchase the times didnt match and we were leaving the next day tried to cancel and get my funds back no number worked for Groupon I tried talking to someone made a dispute with navy federal they said they couldnt help me and that I need to reach out to Groupon myself I still havent heard back they sent me a voucher but I dont stay in ***** I just want my money smh

      Had a gift voucher that expired 8/3/25 they marked the voucher as expired 8/2/25 there's NO WAY to contact them, and they aren't responding to requests. This is a scam and should be shut down!

      Awful awful experience. My daughter made a purchase. She's 10 - Groupon refused to give me a refund stating that their policy states final sale. I finally accepted that and decided to use the Groupon, for a *********************** 1.5 hours away. First, the link Groupon provided was for *********, not Manteca. Second, the customer service *** ***eated the same canned apologies and "use the link we provided" for over 25 minutes, not understanding what I kept ***eating. Third, **************** asked for an ID Number in the Groupon Confirmation Email. No ID Number was provided - just the order number. I tried using codes within the voucher and the emails with no success. Great Wolf Lodge requires the code that I just do not have to finalize the reservation. I told Groupon this and they're still riding that hill of "we can't give you a refund" even though they are very clearly the problem. But they understand my frustration and gave me a $21 Groupon voucher - because I'm SO going to want to use this shoddy service again.

      I purchased an oil change but when I went to redeem the voucher the business had closed. Groupon would not refund my money because they said that it was past the cancelation date. I didn't cancel, the business had closed. They gave me the amount due in Groupon Bucks. I will never do business with this company again

      6 of us bought a trip to Catalinas there was a semi flipped over which was out of our control we didnt make it in time but the ticket expires untill next year more then 300$ Groupon said no we will not accept it or give you another code to use ur unexpired ticket bc its considered a canceled ticket !?!?! When it says it can be used untill next year bc it was never used ???!!? No money back no voucher redeemed no credits nothing a lost ticket thats still good for next year but not to them .

      I just purchased on 723 2025 a coupon for an oil change of $69.99. I was never sent the certificate. I spent hours searching calling different numbers could not find the right emails. All I have is my purchase receipt. I am very, very ******. I wouldnt even give them a 1!

      DONT buy Groupons for *** theatres I lost over $50 none of my Groupons worked when I got to the theatre they all said redeemed!! And I hadn't even used them!
