      URGENT PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY THRU GROUPON:::: They are committing FRAUD!!!!I Have been a customer of ********************** for almost 15 years!!! They stole from me and still owe me for $143 of Groupon Bucks!I recently placed an order thru Groupon...Without explanation, they cancelled my order and closed my account. Over the last almost 3 weeks I have been trying to find out what happened and how to fix. After multiple emails from Groupon of the "support team" asking for the same information from me, they decided to just close my account. Never again - They need to be held accountable!

      I purchased a groupon a few weeks ago. I entered a coupon code that Groupon was promoting on their site. It took the coupon percentage off at purchase. When I hit submit it said I was charged the full price. Three of my kids had the same experience. When you call customer service they tell you they can't add a promo code after a purchase. After arguing with them over phone, email and chat with no help, I had to dispute it with my credit card. Today I purchased another Groupon with a coupon code with the same results. It's just very unethical. I had screen shots showing the total amount they were going to charge. I find it hard to believe they can tell you the total charge and then change it after purchase.

      I purchased ************* tickets through Groupon for ******************. The ticket heading says Seaworld/******************. ****************** will not accept the tickets and Groupon is not assisting. I want a refund or my ticket to be properly allocated to ***** Gardens for use. This is false advertisement Please assist.

      I ordered a suitcase through Groupon from *** Deals. My item never arrived. And no one has refunded my money yet. I keep hearing promises of escalation and resolution via email. However that has not happened, and they refuse to provide me with any information regarding what the plan is for resolving my issue other than we will email you in a week. UNACCEPTABLE!

      I purchased a Grouopon for a facial and made the mistake of paying by ******. I never recieved the Groupon certificate and Groupon denies any record of the transacion. The money was debited from my bank account on 9/20/2022 and have not had resolution of the issue despite lenghthy conversations with Groupon, Paypall, and *********** Buyer Beware !!!!! Avoid Groupon and Paypal at all costs..

      TERRIBLE. I accidently purchased tickets and NEVER viewed the tickets. When i went to refund them because i was OVERCHARGED for the event, i was told no it was a final sale. I understand final sales when something is know and you are being charged a fair amount, NOT when your are OVERCHARED the normal event prices. i was charged by groupon 3 ADULT tickets when CHILDREN tickets should have been purchased for 2 of the tickets at a FRACTION on the cost. i contacted customer services and they could not tell me TICKET SEAT information or understand that they OVERCHARGED me and would not REFUND the false advertisement. TERRIBLE customer service and ********************** is supposed to be a DEAL, even it its a $1 NOT TO OVERCHARGE PEOPLE and offer no support.

      0 Stars!!!I purchased cruise tickets for 15 people, showed up on day of cruise and no cruise. Went to booth and cruise was canceled. No notice. Got a refund on the 1 ticket I purchased separately but still waiting for the refund on the other 14. The part that really upset me is the they kept the tax. Their email said taxes are non refundable. Really? So they will keep taxes on 15 tickets that I purchased. Imagine all the taxes they keep. Sad... don't waste your money.

      Toddler inadvertently purchased a architectural boat tour costing $87.00.I immediately contacted customer service and requested a refund. The representative said that she would have to talk to her supervisor. I received an email from the supervisor which stated that particular item was non refundable or was there any possibility of a of a credit for another item or event. Buyer beware!!!! Do not attach a credit card or PayPal to your Groupon account.
