1 starDid a mediocre job. Wasn't the worst wasn't the best with social media ads that our company has used. But when you want to cancel they will not let you. You can't pay a cancellation fee or anything. They will bill you in full even if you have paid current for services rendered and simply don't want them to continue performing services because it was shotty work. They are a scam.Hibu Inc

We appreciate the chance to respond to your issue. Our records show that you had requested to cancel,however, you are still within the terms of your 6-month contract. A request to cancel can be made after the May 23rd invoice. We have attempted to contact you in hopes of discussing your account further but have not been able to reach you. On 07/23/24 when you agreed to the advertising, a SOW (Statement of Work) was emailed to you that listed the expected results of the program. After a thorough review, we found that your products have exceeded expectations. Social ads with a lead generation objective would have the expected results of an average of 12 form fills per month. Your Social ads have averaged over 16 form fills per month. Based on that information, we have found all your concerns to be in order and have emailed you with a direct number and email, should you have further questions or concerns.Review fromBeverly G

1 starHORRIBLE HORRIBLE ABSOLUTE TRASH!!!!! This company did NOTHING for our firm whatsoever, other than take over our existing, well developed website, added their own phone number for tracking and when the contract ended, they took everything down. DID NOT turn the website back over the way that they found it. These digital marketing companies are the worst. Our firm has used 2 and they were both USELESS!!!!Hibu Inc

Thank you for speaking with us regarding your concerns. We understand that you were concerned about performance results. When we partnered with you, we provided a Statement of Work. The *** stated the Search would have a Click-Thru-Rate typically >1% with a Cost-Per-Click of $25.27. The *** also stated the Display would have 27K-40K impressions and ******* clicks monthly. We exceeded expectations for the Search with a CTR of 10.6% and CPC of $2.08. The Display averaged 83K impressions and 261 clicks per month. We understand you were also concerned that Hibu did not restore your original website when you canceled Hibus services.We suggest you contact your website designer to build a new website and repoint your domain. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 4 starsWe have been happy with both our website and our marketing plans. But, if I'm being honest, we had a little adjustment period with representatives who either quit or did not follow through. As a horticultural consultant and landscape designer my website is is an important tool to display my landscape designs, photos and provide educational information for my prospects and clients. I edit the website myself as I add new projects and information and find the website extremely easy to maneuver and revise at my convenience. I also appreciate the constant follow up by the Hibu representative. The monthly reports that report my website traffic are extremely helpful. They built our website and have managed our SEO and advertising. **** has been wonderful to work with and customer service has been much, much better than who we had been using previously. Since hiring HIBU, we've noticed a higher level of service work come into our business this winter, which has allowed us to keep all of our staff busy during what is normally our slow season! 5 starsAmazing! We joined HiBu by the default action of them acquiring/absorbing what was our current website host. Staff at HiBu are completely on top of tasks and implementing them quickly. Our personal account manager ***** is Top Notch in every way!! Concerns are listened with patience and care to and solutions are in place immediately, by end of day, or at the longest in a few days.Also - our exposure and website intersections have gone up - Way Up overnight it would seem!! Valley View **** is being seen and responded to by community members 10 fold from where we were (hardly found) near the end of last year, 2024. The app version and the online page are suited well to coax interactions from new prospective clients in the **** services space! The sections and subsections are designed to have the client interact with a clear call to action at the base of each section. Our website landed phone calls to the company main line, email requests and even text communications have gone up exponentially even with our "keep it organic" low ad spend budget.. of which we will add to later - spend where the best ROI shows returns, yeah?!!All the great work to build up our new website was mostly done for us by the HiBu design team with very little help provided from us (pics, phrases, details) as we have been overwhelmed in setting our attention to other moves that we are making as a company - many moves and changes in compounded timelines and by them taking the reins to move swiftly into a great finished produce without much input from us - this has allowed our attention to stay on what we do best - they handle the online site build, exposure and traffic management while we handle growing and tending to the needs of our community members - HiBu Rocks!!We are so super pleased ..having experienced more than one bad host and site manager we have the real life comparisons to know we are in the right place with HiBu as our front page.. website host and management company!!Hibu Inc
