      Weve had a great experience working with HIBU for our digital marketing needs across all our divisionsACE Roofing, Construction, Plumbing, and Fence. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in helping us grow our online presence. Our **** ***** is great to work with! From SEO to ad management, theyve consistently delivered results and made the process easy for our busy team. Highly recommend!

      Our real estate brokerage is locked into a 12 month contract and it's been a huge disappointment in terms of service provided for the money we're paying. There has been zero follow up and the times we reached out, we were given little to no support or help. We could have done a ****** or ******* search and found more productive and cost effective ways of doing what we were promised would be delivered. I am usually reluctant to leave a negative review because there are often two sides to any bad experience, but this experience takes the cake. Buyer beware.

      My name is *****. I am the owner of Benjamins construction, even though I neglected for a long time to go with these guys ***** ****** finally convinced me over lunch with my wife and one of my employees too agreed to a month-to-month basis and if I wasnt satisfied, I could quit anytime I liked now four months later Ive discovered they have not been doing nothing. The website they created for me is at best childrens play. And I was informed just today that they were going to hold me to a six month contract regardless of how I think theyre doing and I did not agree to a contract with them. This Mr. ****** will tell you anything to get you to go with them and that company is scandalous. Do not ever sign anything any of their paperwork they will rob you.

We understand that you were concerned about the length of the contract.  The contract terms are fully explained in the contract that was emailed to you on 11/13/24. We understand you were also concerned over the performance results.When we partnered with you, you received a Statement of Work that said the Display would have ****** to 35,000 impressions with 100 to 150 clicks per month. We exceeded that with 100,000 impressions and 260 clicks per month.The Local Ranking keywords Roof Repair ****** OK went up from 999 to 7, and Commercial Roofer ****** OK went up from 68 to 25.       We have used HiBu for several years for our business and have had little issues with service. With the changing conditions that businesses deal with, we were looking to expand our advertising options, but with HiBu owning and controlling the website (which we paid over $700 for) they have you locked in with only being able to use their services and they set the prices. So we wanted to be able to shop around to use who we wanted to. So we canceled our account with **********************, but not without controversy from them attempting to continue to withdraw money from our account even 1 month later after settling our account with any remaining balance. They stated that it takes them 15 days to close on their end, and that we are still obligated to pay them till the 15 days that it takes them to close (i know it doesn't make any sense) has passed. Please be aware do NOT use this business, they are crooked, and dishonest! It makes no difference how long you have been with them, they will rip you off! There are plenty of other honest companies out there, that actually care about their customers and keep it in mind that they could be returning customers in the future.But when they practice dishonesty and crookedness, that bridge has been burned.

      1 star is too generous for this company...I was called & pestered by salesman for months, i was told how horrible my existing marketing ************* was performing and how HIBU would transform my inbound leads...i was paying less for my existing website but HIBU salesman convinced me to switch website and *** services to HIBU...HORRIBLE DECISION!!!! My assistant had to spend hours correcting mistakes on website and or hold hands with HIBU designer to make website details the way we wanted them, listings were not monitored and had numerous errors, ******************** ads/posts resulted in NO ROI---ZERO!!! (1) $600 ***air job in 6months *** campaign. HIBU will come at you with all these statistics of click throughs and website engagements WHICH MEAN ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! The ONLY People calling and or emailing were other marketing companies informing us of numerous errors with our website how it was not ranking on ***************** we were paying to have correct through HIBU were not monitored and had numerous errors. When I decided to cancel after contract date, HIBU made it difficult to do so-we cancelled all *** and ******** advertising but kept website and listing monitoring then to add insult to injury A HIBU *** changed our website service area from multiple cities in metro to only (1) city & multiple services to one remodel service like gutters so we wouldn't be found...our website was and Is as effective as a billboard in the desert. Original sales *** calls me up and when i addressed NO ROI and website performance he blamed it on ****** saying ****** went into my website logged in & changed my service areas and services on my HIBU website...then has audacity to try and pitch me on some new miraculous product HIBU has for sale...I have been a General Contractor for over 28yrs this is the worst experience I have ever had with marketing company no accountability or integrity. AS my opening statement reads 1 star is far too generous for this company.

We understand that you were concerned about the return on your investment. The Search campaign was properly built based on the initial interview and Hibus best practices. When we partnered with you, we provided a Statement of Work that said the Search would have a Cost-Per-Click of $24.09. We exceeded that with a CPC of $10.81. We understand you were also concerned over incorrect listing information. Listings Management is designed to correct and protect the listing information on approximately 65 search engines using the information gathered during the interview. The listing information in the Client Dashboard is correct based on the change you made on 7/10/24. We were unable to substantiate the errors in the services and service areas on your website.Based on that information, we have found all your concerns to be in order and have emailed you with a direct number and email, should you have further questions or concerns.

      I was with Hibu for the last 2.5 years and initially thought they were great. However, everything changed when they fired my sales representative, and since then, I've faced numerous issues. I canceled my service back in March and have proof of the cancellation dated March 7th. They assured me that I wouldn't be charged for April, and I have both a text message and an email confirming this. Unfortunately, I believe this company is a ******* the past two years, I have spent over $100,000 with Hibu, only to receive a majority of spam calls. Their customer representatives could not clearly explain how their maintenance fee works. It turns out that a portion of the money I pay them goes to the maintenance fee while only the remainder is allocated to ad spending. Therefore, I am not investing as much in ads as I initially thought!I will be disputing these charges and will no longer recommend Hibu to anyone.

The cancelation took place 04/02/25, we have confirmed the cancelation should have taken place before the 04/01/25 invoice date.  You will receive a refund of the $20.64 you were charged 04/15/25.  We are happy that we were able to reach a mutual agreement on this matter and are glad you were satisfied with this resolution.

      HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!I OWN A WI BUSINESS AND ********************** OFFERED THE BEST SERVICE AROUND BUT DID NOT DELIVER!!! THEY DID NOT HAVE OUR DISPLAY ADDS RUNNING FOR SOCIAL MEDIA WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO AND STILL CHARGED US.OUR HIBU REPRESENTATIVE BELITTLED US WHEN WE ASKED GENERAL QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR CAMPAIGN.

      We appreciate the chance to respond to your issue.  On 08/02/24 when you agreed to the advertising,you had also agreed to the SOW (Statement of Work). After a thorough review, we found that your products have exceeded expectations.   For your Search product we would expect an average cost per click of $25.48 with a Click-Thru-Rate greater than 1%.  Your average cost per click was $9.16 and the average Click-Thru-Rate was 3.2%.  The Display program had the expected results of ****** impressions and 210 Clicks per month, you averaged over ******* impressions and an average of 384 clicks per month.  The Social with a traffic objective should receive 180 clicks per month, you averaged 219 website clicks.   Based on that information, we have found all your concerns to be in order and have emailed you with a direct number and email,should you have further questions or concerns.

      Hibu talks a great game but does not provide the results for the fees paid. Assistant product, which allows a company to email or text market to their customers, is very rigid. It only holds the customers personal name, email and 1 phone number. There is NO option to add company name or customize in any way. When you have thousands of customers, it makes it hard to look up a customers file when you don't have the company name. There is only 1 template to send a marketing email. In this day and age, that is unacceptable. While I was happy to receive more ****** reviews, Hibu's system randomly sends out requests for reviews. However, customers who gave a review 4 weeks prior, were asked more than twice if they would like to give a review. This is just over done & annoying to my customers. I ran a social marketing ad every month. And even though HIBU's tracking showed the thousands of impressions, I never had 1 customer that mentioned that they saw an add or purchased because of an ad. Bottom line, Hibu's software is too generic and rigid to provide the benefit we needed for the money we paid. Lastly, they have a ridiculous clause in their contract that states that you need to cancel your service 15 days before your next bill or you get charged for an extra month. All that did was **** me off and make sure that I will tell every business owner that is looking for marketing services to NOT use Hibu...nice job to whoever approved that!

On 10/02/23 when you agreed to the advertising, a SOW (Statement of Work) was emailed to you that listed the expected results of the program. After a thorough review, we found that your products have exceeded expectations.  The Social with a traffic objective averaged 136+ website clicks, which exceeded the expected results of 50 website clicks per month.  Based on that information, we have found all your concerns to be in order and have emailed you with a direct number and email,should you have further questions or concerns.
