      ****************. I have been trying for months to severe my relationship with Hibu, but they have continued charging me and giving me the run around. The product they sold me had absolutely no return on my investment. They no longer return my calls, return my emails, and continue taking my money even though I have requested a cancellation of my account MANY times. This company is predatory and will deliver no results other than taking my money. be warned that you will not get what you are seeking from Hibu. I am now having to spend an incredible amount on a lawyer just to make this stop. Save yourself the heartache

      At Hibu, we take every concern seriously and we appreciated the chance to respond to your issue(s). We strive to turn every complaint into a 5-star Hibu review.  You have been a loyal client 9 months, which we value.  When you authorized your contract on 01/28/25, a copy of the contract and SOW (Statement of Work) were emailed to you that included the expected results and our cancellation policy.  A cancellation has now been processed for all products and services as you requested on the 11/03/25 call to Hibu Client Success, the 11/01/25 invoice is your last.  I understand that you were concerned about the results of your program.  You had two Local Ranking keywords, over the life of your Local Ranking campaign, you would expect to see more leads due to better visibility on the search engines for your selected keywords. Optimization takes time.  Both of your keywords had a baseline ranking of 999 before Hibu, and a current ranking of 14th and 16th.  Your website had 1296 visits, 2576 page views, 54 click to calls, and 50 people received directions.  After review, your concerns have been addressed, and we have sent you an email with direct contact details should you require further assistance.

      This company tricked me into a 6 month advertising contract. When presented with what their reps had come into the store and said, they mentioned that they were sorry but the information was incorrect. Instead of cancelling the rest of the contract (4 months). Their team presented it as something I could cancel at any time, what I was signing would only allow them to run the ad for 6 months and charge my account, and that we would re-evaluate in 6 months. Typical bait and switch tactic and now I'm stuck. They also said I would get to pay for the website they built out and paid for, but they also lied about that.

We strive to turn every complaint into a 5-star Hibu review.  Our records show that you had requested to cancel, however you are still within the terms of your 6-month contract for your Search product.  The Search product is currently on pause so we cannot provide the specific date the contract will meet the minimum term.  You have completed two out of the minimum six months.  Once you have completed the minimum six months a cancellation request can be made by reaching out to our Client Success team at ************.

I would recommend **** to any entrepreneur starting off, or an established business just looking to revamp there digital marketing! **** is the complete package, and very knowledgeable.

      Disappointing Experience-Poor Results and Misleading Promises.I signed up with Hibu expecting professional support and measurable results, but the experience was disappointing. The results were mediocre at best, and the customer service was frustratingly unresponsive. Communication was slow, and I often had to follow up multiple times just to get simple updates. What bothered me most was that several of the promises made during the sales process did not match the actual service delivered. "I will be meeting with you on a monthly basis to go over your dashboard" which didn't happen.I would not recommend Hibu to other small business owners who expect good customer support, and real results.

We understand that you were concerned about results of your program.  On 04/23/24, when you authorized the advertising a copy of the contract and SOW (Statement of Work) were emailed to you and included the expected results of the program, through multiple budget changes you have exceeded the expected results.  You were also concerned about the delays in communication and those promises that were not met.  We have confirmed that this was an issue when it came to your request to make changes to products, pauses, and budget changes.  We are happy that we were able to reach a mutual agreement on this matter and are glad you were satisfied with this resolution.       Overpriced and Misleading Service This company failed to deliver on nearly every promise made. I allowed ample time for results, as they emphasized that success would not be immediate. However, the only noticeable outcome was a surge in spam calls after my business information was indiscriminately distributed online. The performance metrics they provided were misleading, as they did not filter out non-legitimate traffic or irrelevant leads. Despite repeated assurances from their sales representatives about generating local engagement, the actual traffic was anything but. This approach reflects poor targeting, lack of transparency, and questionable business practices. I would strongly caution other business owners against investing in this service.

      I have been with HIBU for many years. They have always treated me well and been responsive. Earlier this year, I considered leaving HIBU for a more locally run company making big promises. My ************ from HIBU did an incredible job going over my current SEO information and website performance. They provided me detailed information that helped me realize that the other companies were not presenting the entire picture. Through the process, as I started asking more informed questions from the other companies, they quickly stopped following up with me(further proof they were aware of withholding key data). Hibu is an investment in your business and if you are an active partner, you will see success in your performance.

      How does this place have a A+ rating?!?! There are minimal resolved complaints and the responses are just whoa. The company i work for is having the most difficult time with getting in touch with anyone to follow thru with promises made. Our representative has switched around 10 times in the past few years. If you look at the employee reviews on Glassdoor they talk about having to work 5 hours a week with no pay! And if they dont get their quota they get fired! Thats probably why the **** change so much. They are too busy putting out fires that they cant push the service that they themselves are not even sure what does. Stay away from HIBU!!! Utilize your own listings! They claim ownership of the lostings which you will have to work even harder for to claim back. Which they will deny! Buyer beware!!!
