1 starI'm very frustrated because I tried to cancel a year ago because I was not getting any new business from the Website that they created for my Etsy business, but they play tricks with you and never actually cancel your subscription. I thought it was cancelled until my ex-partner said he was still getting billed all these months but thought he was paying for something else. The Website primarily attracts solicitors trying to sell me their services. It has been a total waste of money and time. $603 per month is a total ripoff !!!Hibu won't compromise and refund back some of the months to me. I cannot attribute even 1 new sale to Hibu and their website they made for me or their ************ campaigns after 2 years.Review fromDebbie B

My Digital Account Manager, ****, has been especially outstanding. She has guided us through every technology shift with patience, clarity, and genuine care, I trust her completely, and I'm grateful for the support Hibu continues to provide. 1 starMinimum effort put into account until we went to cancel - then everyone showed up and offered to help once we put them on the chopping block - the sales *** sat here and had to pull up an account where 1 ******** post and 1 ****** business update was posted in 6 months. Even his manager on the zoom call said "Yea.....That must have been an oversight on your account" Which basically means, "Yea you already paid us and signed the contract so we just have you by the B***S now. **** it up buttercup!" ********* worth of service. I think not. Save your money and go with a smaller firm. HIBU will not tell you they are charging you ****** a month for a ***** YEXT profile. And that the management fee for ****** ads is 30-40% of your spend. Yes - for every 10k you spend on ****** with HIBU they pocket 3000.00-4000.00 as the "management fee". My sales *** was extremely nice and a helpful guy, unfortunately these companies exist and will take advantage of business owners until the end of time. STAY AWAY FROM HIBUHibu Inc

On 04/25/25, when the contract was authorized,a copy of the contract and Statement of Work were emailed to you that outlined the expected results. The expected results have been exceeded. You have five local ranking keywords, two that are at a current organic ranking of two, and the remaining three keywords are at a current organic ranking of three. Your Search was to see a Click-Thru-Rate (CTR), typically greater than 1%, you are at 5.45%. The expected cost per click was $16.04; your actual cost per click was $4.29. Your listing error rate before Hibu was 94%; today, you are at 2%. There have been ***** leads that include calls, texts, and website form fills. After review, your concerns have been addressed, and we have sent you an email with direct contact details should you require further assistance.
