I really don't know where to begin. It honestly started with a cold call, I don't do cold calls, but something in the way ***** handled it allowed it to move forward.Now, I have a chiropractic clinic, it's a specialty clinic, so I figured *****, HIBU and everyone else involved really wouldn't be able to help my clinic and myself get the message out. I did agree for a initial consultation.There, I was hit with there knowledge and abilities through their marketing avenues to push my message and clinic to more people and grow my business.To let you know, without getting in too deep; ever since I signed up with them, i have grown every month since I have been with ************* tell the truth, I am looking for a larger office space to accommodate my growth.Hibu Inc Response

Hibu tried to charge me completely differently than that which was in the agreement. They threatened me even with me pointing out everything in their written agreement that they violated. They still have not released my ****** business page. Worst experience with digital marketing ever!Hibu Inc Response

*********************** has been my rep for numerous years. Actually she is the reason I advertise with Hibu. I never have to do anything or worry about anything when something is not right or needs attention. I would not want anbody else handling.my advertising and web presence. I called Hibu and spent approximately 1 hour plus 3 phone calls to find the "correct" department to cancel our account. That was December 2023. It is now April 2024 and I continue to receive late notices and threats of reporting our NON Payment to the BBB. Because I did not trust that our account would be cancelled, I called our credit card company and dis-allowed future charges. If I had not done so, HIBU would have collected another $450 in fees for services we cancelled.I would like to report HIBU's lack of respect to a business that has paid you thousands of dollars over the years for advertising and not respecting our wishes to cancel the account. Your customer service and phone tree is a joke. It's almost impossible to get to the correct department and once there, the strong arm tactics to keep one a customer is revolting. Again, please cancel our account. Simple. We do not need your services. We will NEVER use HIBU again. There are other better options available for internet traffic. Use caution and read your contract to make sure you can get out of their services before you sign anything! Just a warning.Hibu Inc Response

The account was canceled when requested and no additional fees were charged, only what was owed for ******* has been requested to be paid. This was agreed upon during the cancellation call.Review from tou l

I utilized Hibu for several months and observed minimal results. They demonstrated the effectiveness of their keyword entries for me through the Hibu dashboard. Ultimately, they suggested implementing a dynamic phone tracker on my site, which unfortunately disrupted my inquiry form for three weeks, resulting in the loss of all inquiries during that period. I engaged in a two-week struggle with them and eventually had to consult my own IT team to identify the problem. Only after we pinpointed the issue as one caused by Hibu did they resolve it and acknowledge their mistake. As compensation, they offered half a month's service free, which hardly compensated for the potential loss of over $15,000 in services and the negative impact on our reputation due to unaddressed inquiries.
