1 starHibu is a terrible company that promised lots of leads with their ****** ads, marketing, and website, yet that's not what happens. Once you sign up, they purposefully wait until the cancellation period is over to start working on anything. Then you realize it's all not what was promised. Thousands of dollars in a six month contract and few leads. They also said you could easily transfer the website they built for you once you're done with your contract and that's also not the case. So after paying tons for the website and SEO, you can't just remove it off their platform to word press. They don't help you with anything, the customer service goes away quickly, and it's all just a bloated sales pitch with no results. Save your money and stay far away from Hibu. **** ********* the sales *** in ***** was completely terrible to work with.Review fromShawn P

5 starsIf you are looking for a great marketing company for your small business, HIBU is the one i would go with. I have been though four other companies, an **** ******* has gone over and above. They are up front with what they are going to be doing and work with you to get you in the right pricing to fit your needs. **** calls and stops by often. He does reviews at 30, 60 and 90 days in person. That is what makes HIBU great is the in person meeting. I would tell anyone to use them.Hibu Inc

5 starsOur Account Manager, ******, is beyond amazing to work with. She isn't just your typical employee to work with that's just there to do a "job" and leave. She actually listens to you, and makes sure she has what it is that you were wanting done actually done. You have someone that is an actual person that you establish a relationship with not just a one time meet up with or you never actually meet them, like a robot. 5 starsHas helped us acquire lots of reviews from long time customers. The dashboard is easier to use than other services we've used in the past. The website they built looks nice, the process wasn't super intuitive for us but it worked out in the end. Our **** ******, is very helpful and has useful information and useful guidance.Hibu Inc

1 starHibu is a deceptive and predatory company. We hired them for social media marketing and saw an immediate decline in both sales and revenue within just 1.5 months. Their team failed to deliver anything they promisedno real strategy, no results, no professionalism.After realizing their services were actively hurting our business, we paid for what was used and requested cancellation. Instead of respecting that, theyre now threatening to send us to collections for the remaining 6-month contract. This is pure extortion.Whats worse: our business fully recovered as soon as we cut ties with them. We have the stats to prove it. Hibu didnt just failthey got in the way. And now theyre trying to force us to pay for damage they caused.Their approach is to lock small businesses into abusive contracts, overpromise, underdeliver, and then bully you into paying whether or not they do their job. This is a scam with a corporate ********* yourself the headache and lossstay far away from Hibu.Hibu Inc

At Hibu, we take every concern seriously and strive to turn every complaint into a 5-star Hibu review. We have attempted to contact you in hopes of discussing your account further but have been unable to reach you. After review, we were unable to confirm your concerns. We have sent you an email with direct contact details should you require further assistance. On 12/11/24, when you agreed to the advertising, a SOW (Statement of Work) was emailed to you that listed the expected results of the program. After a thorough review, we found that your products have exceeded expectations. Your Display ads averaged 174 clicks per month, with expected results of 70 clicks. Your Search ads averaged a 10.2% click-through rate and $2.67 Average Cost per click. The Expected Results were to maintain a consistent Click-Thru-Rate (CTR), typically greater than 1% and Cost-Per-Click (CPC) for your Auto Parts Store campaign(s) to be approximately $4.20. On 01/23/25, when you agreed to a new contract, a new SOW (Statement of Work) was emailed to you that listed the expected results of the new program. After a thorough review,we found that your products have exceeded expectations on the most recent contract as well. Your Search ads have averaged an 8.77% click-through rate,and a $3.28 Average Cost per click. The Expected Results were that your Cost-Per-Click (CPC) for your Auto Parts Store campaign(s) would be approximately $6.35.
