1 starMinimum effort put into account until we went to cancel - then everyone showed up and offered to help once we put them on the chopping block - the sales *** sat here and had to pull up an account where 1 ******** post and 1 ****** business update was posted in 6 months. Even his manager on the zoom call said "Yea.....That must have been an oversight on your account" Which basically means, "Yea you already paid us and signed the contract so we just have you by the B***S now. **** it up buttercup!" ********* worth of service. I think not. Save your money and go with a smaller firm. HIBU will not tell you they are charging you ****** a month for a ***** YEXT profile. And that the management fee for ****** ads is 30-40% of your spend. Yes - for every 10k you spend on ****** with HIBU they pocket 3000.00-4000.00 as the "management fee". My sales *** was extremely nice and a helpful guy, unfortunately these companies exist and will take advantage of business owners until the end of time. 1 star****************. I have been trying for months to severe my relationship with Hibu, but they have continued charging me and giving me the run around. The product they sold me had absolutely no return on my investment. They no longer return my calls, return my emails, and continue taking my money even though I have requested a cancellation of my account MANY times. This company is predatory and will deliver no results other than taking my money. be warned that you will not get what you are seeking from Hibu. I am now having to spend an incredible amount on a lawyer just to make this stop. Save yourself the heartacheHibu Inc

At Hibu, we take every concern seriously and we appreciated the chance to respond to your issue(s). We strive to turn every complaint into a 5-star Hibu review. You have been a loyal client 9 months, which we value. When you authorized your contract on 01/28/25, a copy of the contract and SOW (Statement of Work) were emailed to you that included the expected results and our cancellation policy. A cancellation has now been processed for all products and services as you requested on the 11/03/25 call to Hibu Client Success, the 11/01/25 invoice is your last. I understand that you were concerned about the results of your program. You had two Local Ranking keywords, over the life of your Local Ranking campaign, you would expect to see more leads due to better visibility on the search engines for your selected keywords. Optimization takes time. Both of your keywords had a baseline ranking of 999 before Hibu, and a current ranking of 14th and 16th. Your website had 1296 visits, 2576 page views, 54 click to calls, and 50 people received directions. 1 starThis company tricked me into a 6 month advertising contract. When presented with what their reps had come into the store and said, they mentioned that they were sorry but the information was incorrect. Instead of cancelling the rest of the contract (4 months). Their team presented it as something I could cancel at any time, what I was signing would only allow them to run the ad for 6 months and charge my account, and that we would re-evaluate in 6 months. Typical bait and switch tactic and now I'm stuck. They also said I would get to pay for the website they built out and paid for, but they also lied about that.Hibu Inc

Our records show that you had requested to cancel, however you are still within the terms of your 6-month contract for your Search product. The Search product is currently on pause so we cannot provide the specific date the contract will meet the minimum term. You have completed two out of the minimum six months.
