5 starsI have been through so many marketing companies and Hibu was the first one to actually get the job done! We sell solar panels and direct leads from ****** are our best business. Hibu did exactly what they said they would do in their timeframe. I would not trust any other company with my digital marketing. My rep broke everything down and explained exactly what I would get for my spend. I do not understand these bad reviews because that has not been my experience with my local rep by a long shot.

1 starSTAY AS FAR AWAY FROM HIBU AS POSSIBLE! Working with hibu has been the worst decision of my life. I worked with a sales representative, named *****. Who works in the **********/************* area. He is thee most slimest, fake, money hungry salesmen I have ever worked with. And to make it worse this individual is my neighbor that lives 3 houses down. On our first initial sit down meeting before signing up for the service, he asked me what my goals were, or what I would like to expect out of hibu. I said, "If I can get ***** leads a month that would be amazing". Dalin without hesitation replied "That is well within our grasp and something we are more than capable of achieving". WORD FOR WORD. So I figured, that's awesome. Given he's my neighbor, I found it hard that my neighbor would s**** me over. Well I was beyond wrong with that. I signed a 6 month contract. and there was a period of 2 to 2 1/2 months I didn't have a single lead.... NOT A SINGLE F****** LEAD. And to add to it, this piece of s*** representative (*****) continued on to say "just give it sometime it'll turn around, and in the mean time lets get you signed up on extending your contract into SEO next year". Even thought the service as is wasn't doing s*** Mind you, I was paying $1300 a month.... I should be getting a lead a day at a f****** minimum. And I didn't get s*** for 2-2 1/2 months. Meanwhile this a****** is enjoying life off the commission he's getting off my payments to hibu. And on average I would only get 2 leads a week (not even guaranteed customers). When I was paying $10 a day for ******** ads getting on average 40 leads a month. Be warned! Do not work with ***** from hibu what's so ever! They are a disgusting marketing agency, and do not give a single f*** about your business or your well being. If only ***** could experience a 1/10th of the amount of stress he has caused me, maybe then he would have some sort of remorse. You're a terrible person *****, and an even worse neighbor.Hibu Inc

5 starsI have been working with *************************** at Hibu for about 5 months.I have seen really amazing results with Hibu's help, and I am so impressed with the customer service. If I ever need anything at all, ******* is always so incredibly quick to respond. I can't say enough great things about her and Hibu.Hibu Inc

1 starWe had hoped HIBU would be the answer to our small business marketing. We were wrong! When we signed up with them, we were told they could help us get our ****** page going(it was taking forever to be verified) and they could set up a rule to have customer reviews collected by their software automatically transfer to ****** and ********* These were our 2 biggest hurdles and we were really excited when HIBU said they could handle it. After weeks of trying to fix the ****** issues and reviews, we were told the ****** rules changed and the reviews they had been collecting from our customers would only live in their database and were essentially useless unless we wanted to put them on our website. The ****** issue, WE FIXED, with no help from them. The dashboard they provide is nice looking but the leads just weren't there. We understand that building an online presence for marketing is more of a marathon than a sprint but after they failed at the first two issues, we had lost all expectations that they would deliver anything as promised. The fees were exorbitant and all that they delivered was underwhelming at best.Hibu Inc

1 starAll zeros for me. Ive been paying way too long and for nothing!!! Shame on me. They cant seem to get anything right over and over same problems. And they do nothing to make things right with me on all the money Ive spent with them. All I have is a high cost photo album my contact information is still not right after so many times asking them to correct it! Be aware dont waste your money. Time after time they said they would fix the problem but havent, and have no problem taking my money. Two thumbs down!!!!!Dont even waste you time telling me again youll fix the problem. Its been told to me time after time. Same results!!!! None.Hibu Inc
